In the case of the Seljuk state, it was a great story about the struggle of the Turkish people.

Turkey is not possible in film history. You want to satisfy the nationalistic sentiments and earn money in return, but it is not. These movies are funny in the face of Hollywood epic movies. We can not make historical figures into character. It's all holy people. it does not work.
Seljuk Period

Is it the most attractive movie in terms of cinematography? Maybe not, but it is a very successful film in terms of telling the Seljuk period, the success in the costumes and the spaces, the effect of the music, and leaving the battle scenes.
Adequate effort, but not watchable enough

Turkish cinema needs more show of its history. However this film contains a lot of fantasy moments. fictional material, and some even not of the needed quality of a movie. Not good bindings between the parts. Visual effect, sound and parameters are almost ok. Very good performance from Mehmet Aslantug though.
Great production

This is the first time I am writing a review for a movie. To write a review I even opened an account. I always check the rating of a movie before I watch it. This is the first time I stop watching a movie after 30 minutes that have a rating +6. I don't understand how it is possible that people rate this movie with 5 or higher. This is definitely one of the worst movies I have seen about Seljuk empire. When you see the rating, reviews and the cast your expectations gets very high. But really there is only one reason why you can rate this movie so high, you are in the cast or you know someone in the cast.

If the film's graphic was a little better, it would be better. Other than that, the movie was beautiful. I gave the movie 10. The history of that period was reflected very well. I'il continue your success. Congratulations!
Seljuks, they are the great Alp Arslan's descendants

Firstly, The movie was sensational compared to the low budget of 7 million dollars, The battles were supposed to be more realistic but there is no problem if the events will impress the audience.
Secondly, I think this is the first movie in history ever adapted the seljuk period, so it was a superb job to try to show the world that not only the ottomans who defended the islam but also the seljuks and before them the arabs did.
Thirldy, it would be better if a film with a great budget about Alp Arslan was directed before this movie to make the events successive.
Thirdly, this awesome movie also got by some main humane rules as following: Evil can get out of any body and that doesn't have a relation with his religion, and illuminate some misunderstood matters about the islamic religion.
Eventually, take into account more marketing and media as it isn't accepted that a good film like karatay has just 1,106 rates on IMDB, keep going, it's just a matter of time. Turkey has a great islamic history and should raise the budget of its movies to compete with hollywood, USA has no history, although they are making fake heroes like iron man, captin america, thor, benjamin martin, black panther and captin marvel.
amazing performance
