Three motorcycle clubs (MC) participated as extras and offered technical advice: Skoners MC; P.O.B.O.B. MC; and, Road Gypsies MC.
During a scene depicting a dead motorcyclist lying on a road, with a particularly authentic appearing head injury, several buzzards began to circle overhead.
After the above scene depicting a severe head injury, the actor returned to his bike at another location. He was approached by a concerned citizen who offered him a water hose to wash the blood from his hair and a shot of whiskey to "ease the swelling", not realizing the "injury" wasn't real.
During the preproduction filming of the sizzle real, actress Pepper Jay advised the two extras, playing opposite her, that they could get out of wardrobe at the end of filming. She was tactfully informed by the director they were not in costume but in their every day clothes.
The executive producer, while driving his pickup, was traffic stopped on the way to the set. The approaching officer did not notice prop: axes, knives, maces, ball bats (complete with nails) lying in the truck's bed. Nor the shotgun, rifle, and pistols in the cab. He also failed to notice the clear packaged fake brains, lying on the floor board between the driver's feet. The producer was ticked for illegal cell phone use...
