Kaisariani, where the executions of the film take place, is a suburb of Athens. It is located about 3 kilometers (1.9 miles) from Athens city center.
Kaisariani was originally established in 1922, as a refugee camp for refugees from Smyrna. It is named after the city of Caesaria in Cappadocia, which has since been renamed to Kayseri.
Andreas Konstantinou (Napoleon) and Aineas Tsamatis (Christos) have played together in "Little England", as well. Both "The Last Note" and "Little England" were directed by Pantelis Voulgaris and written by Ioanna Karystiani.
His eyes were glistering with allergies during the shooting.
During the film, he wasn't 2 meters yet (still growing).
