  Self - Guest : so, she lives in Atlanta and I said "You know what? I have to come to Atlanta because I'm the national spokesperson for the Boys & Girls Clubs." So, I had a "thing" I had to do in Atlanta and I said "I'll come by and see you"

  Self - Guest : [while Jimmy shows the photo to the audience]  so, I went by to see her, she makes all these scarfs, like a lot of them

  Self - Host : really?

  Self - Guest : yeah, she makes scarves for everybody, so she gave me one and me and a hundred ninety-year old's, "kicked it" all afternoon

  Self - Host : [to the camera]  Ms. Connie, if you're watching, Merry Christmas, Happy New Year from Denzel and I

  Self - Guest : so, afterwards, I talked to all the people that worked there and what I said to them was that "You know, the smallest gesture, you never know who you'll affect". This woman helped introduce me to books, and fifty years later... bang! So, you never know a kind word, a positive uplifting word can go a lifetime
