Selvaraghavan, the director of the cult classic 7G Rainbow Colony (2004), has announced that he will be making a sequel to the romantic drama. The film starred Ravi Krishna and Sonia Agarwal in the lead roles, and was a huge hit among audiences and critics alike.
The sequel, which is tentatively titled 7G Rainbow Colony Part-2, will feature Ravi Krishna reprising his role as Kadhir, the aimless youth who falls in love with Anita, his new neighbor. The film will explore what happens to Kadhir after Anita’s death and how he copes with his grief and guilt.
