Muthu (Mahendran) and Kumaran who oppose Kariappa (Srinivas Rao) are put in the prison and brings out the truth by waging a struggle against the criminals in the courts. In this entire satire, everyone who is related to the community have screen presence but the second lead Kumaran's love Aishwarya is not seen anywhere throughout the run-time.
Thittivasal deals with tribal people who are being forced to give up their land by a collusion of government officials. Semparuthi (female lead) is shown as an educated tribal girl who tries to meet the district collector and narrate the incidents that happened there. So the entire plot gets to be revealing in the initial scenes.
