Tom meets the group of 13 dieters for the first-time over a reduced-calorie breakfast in one of his pubs. He sets out what they can expect from him and what he expects of them.
This time Tom offers his group of dieters a range of special treats, comfort food that is calorie-counted and tasty. Including a Mediterranean pasta dish and coffee and chocolate custard pots.
When Tom discovers that a couple of the men in the group have been cheating by having sneaky takeaway meals he comes up with some tasty but healthier versions of takeaway staples.
Tom creates a series of appetising recipes to help his dieters resist the high-calorie options when they are at work. Packed lunches, mid-morning munchies and healthier snacks all feature.
After ten weeks the participants are hitting their weight loss goals and their is a feel-good factor among them. To mark the end of their time together Tom invites them on a river cruise with good healthy food.
