The movie has a decent storyline. Most actors brought their A game, most especially Toni Tones and Ini Dima.

However, I found the accents strange since even the so called igbo actors had accents that in no way sounded Nigerian. Funniest was when the blind priestess commented on how, 'I have seen the way you look at Nkiru.' The ending had me hissing, poor CGI.

sophisticated stories are doable in Nollywood!

Ifan Michael proved that sophisticated stories with complex VFX can be achieved in Nollywood!

Foreigner's God is definitely not your typical script and the tangled narrative is what actually keeps you watching because you don't want your intelligence to be insulted 😅

DELICIOUS

-Let's give it up to the VFX team, we can even go further to give them a standing ovation for the fantastic work.

We were intrigued by the mysticism and suspense which blended nicely into the story

-The intricate plot and richness of characters motivated us to really keep on watching in order to find answers. The movie was filled with mystery everywhere

-Art direction and location teams, wow. Can we say that again? WOW!!!

-Very very very inspiring dialogues

-One of the takeaway messages of Foreigner's God was encouraging women to be strong and resilient, say no to atrocity, and fend for themselves

-So nice to see a beautiful cast selection, both veterans and newcomers in the industry

BLAND

-The sound was not quite refined, a bit high-pitched. Additionally, Eucharia Anunobi performed in a little exaggerated way.

But all of this can be overlooked.
