It took 3 nights to complete shooting for the film, with the crew only able to use the space when the restaurant was closed during the night so as not to disturb any guests, and to serve the story. As shooting took place during the middle of the summer, this gave them a small window where it was completely dark where they were able to shoot, leading to the addition of a 3rd shooting day when they couldn't complete their schedule over the first 2.
Broadside Films and James Button had collaborated on many projects in the past, but this was the first official co-production they produced together.
Over 20 extras took part in filming, however due to the long nature of the shoot, many of the background characters during any close-ups are actually crew members standing in - because of the possibility of this, all crew members were asked to come to set wearing dinner jackets and dresses.
