Lot's going on in this one

I still wish the show wasn't stretching things out, but things really picked up here.

Visually, this is an excellent episode. The insanity is cranked up to eleven here, Some of the shots are just beautiful. (Unfortunately they don't explain why a lot of the visuals exist.)

We finally get all the characters contributing and their moments to shine. We also learn about the main threat and it is explained very well.

What! A! Freak! Show!

Other reviews for this episode; "things speed up..." and "...back on track".

Obviously, they didn't watch this episode!

It's the same psycho, illogical, freaky, mixed up paranoia mess this whole Season 2 has been. No progress, no information, nonsense.

I can't believe this garbage received another season, but that's how it is in Hollywood these days - the garbage gets funding, good shows are getting cancelled.

The only way this show can logically end is that it's revealed the whole series has been a look into the brain of a lunatic (David), and how all the different personalities affect him.

And then it all went south... Again!

Warning: Spoilers
(Shortened summary in the bottom of the review)

After last episode i really thought that they where trying to fix there mistakes from chapter 15 and 16 but no, certainly not with this episode about nothing important to the show and some feministic man hating as well done by the very Devil herself "Melanie Bird" which makes me really sad, because i really loved Melanie as a character in season 1 but they are only trying to ruin her now in season 2 and making her annoying to the viewers.

And do not think for a moment that im just a pure hater that doesn´t understand the show because i do, its actually my favorite show ever, but this episode was just a pure disappointment when you think about how magnificent every other episode have been in each of there own rights.

I´d recommend that you skip this episode if you don´t want it to ruin you experience of the show, because this episode offers nothing important to the story and is just a filler to make the show longer.

(6/10)

Shortened summary: the first and hopefully only disappointing episode of the show, with nothing important to the story, just something that feels like a filler episode which i would recommend that you skip!

Misandry is now normalised
legionofthesnowzombie15 July 2019
How did they go from season one slow burn, looks interesting, to misandry in season two eps 9-12+. The women in this series are awful people, self-centred, self-involved, manipulative, nasty pieces of work. Willing to play the victim and literally shoot ex-lovers in the back. Are the writer's misogynists who hate women so much that they portray them as soulless harridans?

Anyway, the story is really drifting and searching for something, it's starting to look a lot like Lost, if so, no thanks.

Do you know something I don't?

Warning: Spoilers
Bla bla not great at spelling

I cant understand Shadow kings powers at the end. If the vermilion are not sentient then why couldn't they beat shadow king right there and now. Is it a plot hole? O am I not 100% up on the lore?

And as I understood the Shadow King is only psychic? and other power he can use only when he is in the body's that are granted these powers? So how did he up up and away the sonic fork?

And if that is the case then why would he ever leave Olivers body?

Am I just relay thick?
