- A man says: "Can't decide if I want to bang her or worship her".
- A drunk man and woman make out on a couch.
- A man takes off his shirt, and a woman pulls off her panties from underneath her skirt. They begin to kiss, and the man moves down to perform oral sex. You can see the woman writhing. Scene skips, and they are seen kissing, and have sex under the blankets. (No nudity throughout this scene.)
- A man and woman kiss passionately, then thrust and moan against each other where they stand. He turns her around, and the man's bare buttocks is seen as the two have sex against a couch. Another man in the room watches them in horror. (This scene is fairly graphic.)

- Two people are shot with a shotgun, some blood spatter is shown. More people are also shot offscreen.
- In multiple scenes, a satanic being 'takes over' a character by forcing his jaws open and crawling inside. At one point it splits the character in half from his head to the bottom of his torso, which is bloody and disturbing.
- A man is stabbed repeatedly in the abdomen with a dagger. His dead body is shown in a pool of blood.
- A man is punched in the face repeatedly, then his face is pressed against a hot pipe and he screams as it burns him. This happens on screen but does not show graphic detail or blood.
- A character hallucinates that his hand has been nearly cut off and is hanging from his arm. The inside of his wrist is briefly shown with severed bones but no dripping blood.
- Characters' faces meld together in various disturbing ways. Their skin morphs, stretches, and tears; in one scene, fleshy tentacles reach out and wrap around each other, pulling the two faces into one.
- A body is shown after falling from a roof; there is blood all over the face and on the pavement and one leg is twisted the wrong way.

Frightening & Intense Scenes
- A woman having a mental breakdown locks herself in a bathroom to kill herself with a pair of scissors. Another character breaks down the door and they wrestle for the scissors, both screaming and crying.
- A character suffers from schizophrenia and needs to be hospitalized/medicated for dangerous and erratic behaviour.
- A man and woman fight in an apartment building. He chases her and attempts to strangle her; she desperately fights back using a box cutter, a paint can, and by pushing him down the stairs.
