Loved to see Brazil cuisine being a part of competition. I was not surprised and excited to see the feijoada being selected. I ate a lot of feijoada when in Brazil and really wanted to know how this talented chefs will present it. And it was interesting. One of the top 3 teams that made sort of ravioli out of feijoada was pretty interesting. I also liked the idea of green feijoada and the great presentation of that smoking feijoada. And the second round was also interesting. Cassava would be so hard to implement but this amazing chefs had no trouble coming up with some incredible ideas. Would have loved to try them all. Happy for the team who made the best dish as they have done it again. Having a top chef wanting to know your recipe must feel wonderful.
