The show is slowly starting to take shape

For some reason this ep reminded me of when I was watching the first season of TNG. While I enjoyed enough the first episodes, still some decisions writers took made me rise my eyebrows.

The relationships between the characters is slowly but steadily growing.

The show is far from perfect, but if they keep this course steady and polish their ideas it can even be great at some point in a not so distant future

Good Episode

Another more or less good episode. All plots are decent. This show is already the best star trek show from Kurzmann by far.

Loved the wacky ridiculousness of it. Lots of references to legacy trek.

Clippy on Star Trek!

Warning: Spoilers
Another very enjoyable episode. These negative reviews astound me.

This is animated humorous Trek! Lighten up! You can't evaluate these like an hour-long Trek show!

The incomparable J.G. Hertzler makes an appearance!

The "Badgey" bit with Tendi and Rutherford was hilarious! The funniest part of the show to date!

The ENS Fletcher character provides an opportunity for Mariner and Boimler to work together. He didn't bother me in the slightest.

Mariner and Boimler continue to grow their relationship. Mariner has turned into a likable character and Boimler isn't the village idiot anymore.

Tons of Trek eggs sprinkled throughout.

Not quite as good as last week, but I'll go 9 out of 10.

I look forward to watching this every week!

I agree - hilarious!

The reference to Clippy was literal fall-on-the-floor laughing!

This whole show (not just this episode) is fantastic. This is a phenomenal spoof of Star Trek and those who disparage it are taking themselves and Trek waaaay too seriously.

Terminal Provocations

Tendi as learns how to spacewalk as she never did it before. Unfortunately her hologram guide, the combadge icon goes haywire.

There was a good laugh in making a Star Trek icon into something homicidal because of a malfunction.

It was more interesting than the USS Cerritos having a dispute over some 100 year old space debris.

The lion's share of the story belongs to Mariner and Boimler. They are joined by Ensign Fletcher, a lying incompetent friend of Boimler.

He lies about his mistakes, he is annoying and untrustworthy. They cover for him but realise they need to take him off the ship.

The series has found its stride. It is really not that funny, the animation is not great. It just keeps things frenetic.
