The engineering section and warp nacelles are seen out of the windows by the Lower Deckers' bunks in some shots, but in others they are missing and only empty space and streaking stars are visible.
When Boimler is discussing his interaction with Commander Ransom with his bunk-mates, his retractable wall cubby is seen open in the background, with the yellow Hawaiian shirt and pink lei visible. After Mariner is called away, Boimler's cubby is suddenly retracted into the wall and he opens it to reveal the shirt and lei again.
When the Klingon captain is walking down the corridor explaining his use of the Pakleds, in one shot the knife tucked into his belt is outside his coat. In all other shots, only the end of the handle can be seen poking out of his coat.
When Rutherford is throwing a pot, the pottery wheel can be seen through the top opening of the pot. Pots thrown on a wheel have bottoms.
Rutherford is seen playing with a completed Deep Space Nine model while reclining in his bunk. As previously established, the reason for his model building is to occupy his time to stop others from attempting to socialize with himself and Ensign Tendi. As such, when Tendi got him the DS9 model, they made a vow to never actually finish it.
When the red alert is called aboard the Cerritos, the entire senior staff, including Doctor T'Ana, reports to the bridge. As T'Ana is the chief medical officer, her duty station during a red alert is in sickbay, not the bridge.
Tendi wonders if the holodeck safety protocols are active, to which T'Ana indifferently shrugs and says she doesn't know. Holodeck safety protocols are always on by default and would require a specific override to deactivate.
When ordering his troops to fire, the Klingon captain tells them to, "Target the Federation ship." The Cerritos is a Starfleet vessel, which is the exploratory and defense branch of the Federation. The other ship is a Vulcan science vessel. Vulcan is a member of the Federation, thus both enemy ships were Federation ships. It is likely the Klingon meant, "Target the Starfleet ship," as Starfleet and the Federation are often erroneously used interchangeably.
