Shocking & Dissappointed with 1st Episode
baba-1594515 May 2021
Warning: Spoilers
I was shocked and disappointed for 2 reasons:

1) Depicting India as an aboriginal & horrific country to visit.

2) Cold shouldering a player like VVS Laxman.

Anyone who sees the first episode will understand that the makers wanted to sideline players like V V S Laxman and Rahul Dravid. Why weren't they interviewed. VVS is infact a leading commentator on Star Sports. Cannot ignore the greatest knock of the century , and therefore it was shown in the end, that too the focus seemed to be on other performers in the Eden Test. Cannot, Cannot ignore players like V V S Laxman & Rahul Dravid and their contributions especially against Australia.

Also what is this depiction of India as some aboriginal nation. All these players are put up in 5 Star Hotels and 5 Star Hotels have been in existence for over 25 years now. I also didn't like the reference to Buckingham Canal, bordering Chepauk Cricket Stadium in Madras/Chennai.

All totally disappointed with the first episode.

Real Cricket Rivalry Mixed with Drama
aroraaashish-6889529 September 2021
Good history of Cricketing Rivalry between 2 Cricket Crazy nations. But rest all things are really discouraging and painting unrealistic pictures. Two stars only for the real Cricket history that they have shown.
