THANK U, ARIANA GRANDE
RECB35 September 2023
This is a terrific song by Ariana Grande and I enjoyed this music video. The storyline of the music video certainly connects with the song. The cast selection within the music video was remarkable. The music video appeared to look a bit like half a Victorious reunion. Watching Ariana Grande, Elizabeth Gillies, Matt Bennett, and Daniella Monet together was absolutely amazing. I love Victorious. Victorious was a tremendous series that needs a revival. I completely enjoyed watching this music video. Viewers and fans of music and Victorious would love and enjoy watching this music video. It is a great music video that connects really nicely with the song.

Warning: Spoilers
Yep this is the music video for the song "Thank U, Next" by Ariana Grande, a really fresh and new release and to show you how big she is these days, this song went up to number 1 in America again and scored over 200 million views on Youtube in the month since its upload. Enough said. There is no denying she is one of the biggest stars on the planet right now. And probably will be for a while. And I am somewhat glad for her because I think she is somewhat likable. But boy, these 5.5 minutes were a huge disappointment. Here on imdb, it says she is using 4 famous film to deal with past relationships. Well, you can maybe recognize the movies if you're good, certainly Mean Girls, but everything beyond that and how she wants us to think this is a personal joke is truly unsuccessful. The song is extremely forgettable too. There is something to her voice, some kind of color and maybe even imperfection, that makes it so much fun listening to her, but it is completely missing in this one. Really sucks for me to see how it is still such a huge success, so there may be more mediocrity coming next. Well, it is not even mediocrity, it is still considerably lower quality-wise. As for the video. Very generic, offers pretty much nothing and not even if you love the films, you will enjoy. Maybe if you love Grande unconditionally, then you will be fine with it and I know so many are. But I was truly disappointed. If she keeps going like that, she will soon join the ranks of those female pop artists that are doing pointless bubblegum music and even if this may be a commercially successful attempt, it would suck because she has far more talent thatn that. As for this song and video here, both gets a thumbs-down from me. Not even the Jennifer Coolidge cameo and I love her on 2 Broke Girls can save it from me. Not even close. Highly not recommended. Thank U, Next.
