Sub-rina

Warning: Spoilers
Sabrina asks for Sabrina-2 to help her destroy the absolute darkness thingy with hellfire - a reasonable plan.

They fail completely because the darkness bullies them super-efficiently by telling them "no one likes you" (which should be true, in all fairness, she's gotten very annoying), then the rest of the coven intervenes telepathically and saves the day (literally I guess), proving that Sabrina's plan and efforts were both unnecessary and useless.

Sabrina still gets all the credit.

The episode wasn't the best. It was a seven at best. I liked some things and I didn't like some. Some of the choices(Set Up) Annoyed me but the stuff the hooked me Hooked me so I am keeping my expectations low (cause of season 3) but I'm still exited. Time for episode 2.

Was good but

Ambrose accent was terrible in this episode some reason and just straight up bothered me. Rest of the season was good but his accent.

Chapter 29

Glad to have the show back, but a lot of its mystique feels lost at this time. It just feels like we are on pace for another repetitive season.

one Sabrina too many?
Calicodreamin4 January 2021
Warning: Spoilers
Having two Sabrina's is odd, and begs the question, is there one too many? Especially if they're going to be interacting on a regular basis. Eldrich terror storyline was interesting, decent acting, and a good transition from season three.

A terrible slog of an episode.
cupcub718 January 2021
If you enjoy endless exposition and characters sitting across from each other talking, then this episode is for you. The show has become scattered. Between The Reverend's new church, The Aunties news church, the Fright Club, Other Sabrina in hell, Mrs Wordwell's mental instability, and the monster of the week, it's a mess.

Flawed with generic mistakes
nlmike31 December 2020
Warning: Spoilers
I wanted to give it a chance but when something in town kills the electricity in order to kill all the lights, you CANNOT call each other on a landline, or mobile..... also a fridge light was still on.....

It's 2020, stop making these incredibly obvious mistakes already....

Everything is acted so clunky as well. I doubt i can finish watching this. 4/10.

Does Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa even care about his creation??
sweetcypress77710 January 2021
Warning: Spoilers
This episode was written by the creator with good directing. Made me excited to watch the fourth season.

Then episode 2 which is a freaking mess and kind of disturbingly depressing, even the comic relief couldn't fix it. I'm personally really sick of Netflix and Amazon originals using a different director for every episode. There's no consistency, annoying continuity errors and all over the place stories. This series is even worse with a different writer on every episode too.

Some episodes are well done but many are awful, and a few unwatchable. Hopeful at first but I can't watch this any more.

And why is the devil now an annoying simpy British guy?

Not offended?
gani040121 May 2021
Why does this show assume any woman wronged by a man must assume lesbianism? Anyone find that offensive?

Also, Harvey still belongs with Sabrina. Pretty sure it's the law somewhere.

Finally, why did the producers wait until the 4th season to give the audience more Salem? It's too late, guys.

Worst Season Ever
varnium18 December 2023
Only season 1 contain the most original & most interesting story. As the story progress, it just become more & more off topic. The coherent atmosphere & mystery which exist in the first season, is no longer there. As if it's created by an entirely different person.

In the first season, you can feel how every scene and occurence is designated towards a unified goal. It makes perfect sense & interesting to watch as we get near the end of the season, you can feel the tension & mystery escalate.

But in the seasons afterwards, none of that matter. The story is more focused on a teenagers life, without any regard to the mystical foundation what Sabrina really is. Everything is just mixed up. The story writer consider christianity as another mythology in modern era. Everything after season 1 is just a mess.
