Season 16, episode 38. Christian came to the awareness that he doesn't want to be without his family; he returns. He asks his sisters not to tell mother about his brain tumor. Britta and Amelie hold their tongue. Christian's mother Inken visits her son in the community house. Britta reacts with delight when Luke lets her know that he is accepted for the job nearby, in Hamburg. Later he gets a call; he tells Amelie that he has to move to Swiss for work in Basel. Britta gets a fright when she hears that. Tina and Merle talk about the wedding preparation for Tina's sister. Tina starts to get the taste of marriage. She knows that Torben has enough of that after three divorces. Margret tries to convince her son Laurenz that he should accept the offer of a discounter to sell them his best bonbon recipes. The contract appears to be a takeover of the candy store. Cornelius reacts appalled when Hilli discourages Laurenz to sign it. He persuades Jonas to make the offer more lucrative by doubling the price. Hilli and Frank agree to her idea that they do not finance individual projects with common money. Anne and Ben argue about the battle between their children Lilly and Max on the football field. She visits him later in his workshop for reconciliation.
