Kangaroo Jack (2003)
What happens when stupid people make movies?
You get crap like this. There is one plus to seeing this movie. Since it is still early in the year, anything you see from here to December can't be much worse.
Did the executives at Warner Bros actually supervise the making of this movie?
Please save your hard earned money. When you pay to see these movies, you are encouraging them to make more.
TURKEY ):
What About Joan (2000)
Good for Joan!
I gotta tell ya. I just love Joan Cusack anything she is in I'll watch. And let me tell you this show is hilarious. This going to be a big hit. The show just works. The cast, the writing all are just brilliant.
First Years (2001)
I love this show.
This show had me at the first episode. I have changed my Monday night viewing. The show is a drama but not a Melrose Place type. It is witty and fun to watch. I especially like Warren (Mackenzie Astin)he is my favorite character. All the characters blend in well with each other. I really want to see this show become a hit.
Suddenly Susan (1996)
At least it's a decent show!
I think Suddenly Susan was a very smart career choice for Brooke. It gave her a chance to reintroduce herself to the public. Okay so it wasn't Emmy material. The show was pleasant to watch and you count on it to make you laugh. Nestor Carbonell and Judd Hirsh were very good on the show and added flair. Kathy Griffin was a scream. (Remember the episode where she moved to Israel?) And David Strickland (bless his heart) gave us a nutty and very witty played character. Plus there was Barbara Barrie (Nana.) I admit the show went downhill after losing David and Judd. I think more than anything it was just a lack of chemistry for the actors and the viewers. All in all Suddenly Susan was a good show.
Hud (1963)
My Favorite Paul Newman film
This is my favorite Paul Newman film. Paul gives his best performance as a low-life, hard-drinking, don't-give-a-damn s.o.b. He is absolutely beautiful in this movie with a presence that makes you not want to turn your head from the screen. Melvin Douglas gives an outstanding and Oscar winning performance as Old Homer Bannon. Patricia Neal won a Best Actress Oscar for her fine performance even though her character was really a supporting role, but let's not get technical. And ill-fated Brandon De Wilde is also truly amazing and beautiful as Lon who adores his Uncle Hud only to hate him later.

Behemoth the Sea Monster (1959)
Boring Movie
I tried so hard to watch this movie all the way through, but I just couldn't I was just so bored by this stupid movie. The actors were all so drab and painfully awful it made this movie a tragedy. Probably one of the worst movies I have ever seen.
No stars.
Pillow Talk (1959)
One Of My favorite movies of all time.
This is one my top ten favorite movies of all time. The best film pairing Day and Hudson who are terrific as Jan Morrow and Brad Allen. There are also two fabulous supporting roles by Tony Randall and Thelma Ritter. This is just 100% grade A movie making at its best.
I'll See You in My Dreams (1951)
A beautiful Movie
This is a movie for which Doris Day should have gotten an Oscar nomination. Her best film of the fifties aside from Pillow Talk. She gives a remarkable performance as Gus Kahn's wife, Grace. And Danny Thomas gives a great performance as well. This a movie for anyone who loves Doris Day or just good clean tasteful films.
The Rich Man's Wife (1996)
Bad Movie
This movie is very stupid. Jumps back and forth too much. The plot lacks any interest at all. You get the feeling that she is telling the story, but there are scenes that she is not in, so how can she tell us what is going on in scenes where she isn't present. This is very sorry film making.

Sweet Dreams (1985)
This is a great movie.
As a big fan of both Patsy Cline and Jessica Lange. I have seen this movie about twenty times. I think you have to be really a fan of Patsy Cline to really understand this movie. Jessica Lange got an Oscar nomination for this film and deservingly so. Ed Harris and Ann Wedgeworth should have too.
I give this movie: 4 stars.
Kiss of the Spider Woman (1985)
I didn't really care for it.
This movie really got under my skin I watch for the first time recently and I really didn't care for it. The performances were okay I guess, but this film is really strange which I can handle, but it is terribly lackluster.

The Wedding Singer (1998)
Adam Sandler's best film.
I loved this movie. I have been a Adam Sandler fan since Billy Madison. Which I thought he couldn't top. I was wrong and I admit it. This is his best film yet.
