Gekijô-ban - Bishôjo senshi Sêrâ Mûn R (1993)
Bishoujo Senshi R - Romance & Shoujo to the core
Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon, one of the top rated animes in america has now come to the movies! This is the best of all the plot lines, even though Fiore does look exactly like Ail from the series.
Sailor Moon (1995)
DiC'd and Original!
Although DiC did edit and chop up Sailor Moon badly, they made it appropriate for its time limit and age group. True, the Japanese version is spiritual, heartfelt, and beautifully written. DiC'd Sailor moon is very endearing and also very cute, and extremely catching. Serena, Amy, Raye, Lita, and Mina are so adorable and cute, and also very believable, for a cartoon. The loving lines did turn into corny unbelievable-oh-my-god-that's-so-stupid utterencies, but it's soooooo cute for little kids. Also, the friendship lines still have the same meaning, although the romance was lost between Sailor Moon and Tuxedo Mask. It has gorgeous animation, and shows a group of great friends going through teenage life, with some added bonuses like having a past, being reborn, and fighting with magical powers to save their world!
