This movie is really something amazing. I really didn't expect something like this, but I was amazed. I thought that this is going to be boring, something like "Batman & Robin", but I was in wrong. The visual effects are excellent, Tobey Maguire is great choice for the role of Spider-Man/Peter Parker, and Willem Dafoe... Ohhhhh, he is great, he is something wonderful. He is one of the greatest actors of our time, and that is the fact. About the movie, well, when I think a little bit, it is maybe childish, but who cares. Maybe director Raimi had to delete scenes with building in fire (when Spider-Man saves the little children from the building in fire) and perhaps, he had to find more "interesting" answers on love story between Tobey Maguire and Kirsten Dunst, but these are only little problems. End is very powerful (scene on the bridge when Spider-Man saves Kirsten Dunst and children) and the final ulitimate fight with Green Goblin in old house. In the end, I can only say: "From MARVEL something MARVELous."

This is great comedy, especially because it is one of the best movies made in Croatia since 1990. The director was leading the actors very carefully and very surely, so there was very few mistakes, but, in my opinion, the most responsible for this movie was the director's father, Ivo. He is one of the best screenwriters in ex-Yugoslavia, and now in Croatia.

Vinko should continue on this way, because it seems that he has to show much more. P.S. On 19. February 2000, Vinko received an award in Berlin, but I don't know what was award. Congratulation, just keep on doing job that you do best, directing.

This is master-piece, one of the best movies I've ever seen. Belmondo is excellent, and Tcheky Karyo, of course. Music of Ennio Morricone is so beautiful that you can't describe it (it reminds me on music in movie "Frantic" by Polanski, where Morricone also made music). This one of the best detective movies, ever shoot in the world cinematography, of course with "The French Connection". You have to watch it.

If you like Deep Purple, you will enjoy in this excellent movie with Stephen Rea in main role. The story is about the most famous rock group back there in 70s, Strange Fruits, and they decided to play together again. But, of course, there is going to be lots of problem during theirs concerts. Jimmy Nail and Bill Nighy are great, and song "The Flame Still Burns" is perfect. You have to watch it.

OK, OK, Lucas is happy because his movie has made something around 400 million dollars, so what, but this movie isn't good as I thought. Why? Because it wasn't fun like it was when I've watched Episode 4, Episode 5 and Episode 6. He had to made a character such is Han Solo, we don't want Obi-Wan Kenobi. Yes, and also Ewan McGregor is awful, even he is one of my favorite actors, he was very bad in this movie. Only who was great was Natalie Portman. So, I suggest to Lucas, when he is going to do Episode 2, to think about McGregor and Jake Lloyd, because they could destroy STAR WARS.

There is no too many movies today like this one because the idea is very interesting and very original. If you want something more real, then you should look "on the other side of the moon". Sam Shepherd is very good, and Eric Roberts too, but Randy Quaid was a little bit disappointing, and Donnie Wahlberg, too. But, when you're finished with this movie, I think that you'll be satisfied.

Polanski is one of the best movie directors in all the world. Harrison Ford deserved an Oscar for this brilliant performance. Really something amazing. When I have watched it for the first time, I was delighted. If you watch a little more carefully, you can notice that Ford is appearing in every scene, and today it is very hard to do it. If you have never watched it, you should immediately. Polanski is making jokes with Hitchcock's movies, he is copying him, and it is obvious, and Polanski wants that we see this. In one word, this film is master-piece.

This movie is very interesting especially because it is made in 1969. Veljko Bulajic made a very good job, with international cast even I don't like Bulajic and his movies very much. Now we have to expect his new movie "Sarajevo" without Abdulah Sidran who had to work on a screenplay. I think that he should not direct that movie. "Bitka na Neretvi" is great movie, with special effects that are better than 90% in new movies. But it was the old time in old Yugoslavia, when everything was possible even the great movies such is this. If you haven't watched it, you should, because you will be satisfied.
