Exceptionally good film.

Great cast - Claudia Christian at her sexiest, Peter Berg at his dumbest and Andrew Lauer at his most endearing. A handful of surprise guest stars add to the fun. The desert location is fine and the soundtrack cleverly intertwined with the action. A must see..

Enjoyable family entertainment.

Having waited many years to see this film, I was not disappointed. Adam West is well cast in the lead role of the anthropologist and Theo Marcuse excels as the heavy. The scenery is eye-catching and the music score is haunting. Linda Saunders is a classic beauty and is memorable as Mara. A film that should be released on home video.

An entertaining and intelligent film to watch out for.

Richard Benjamin shines in the title role as a young man who is disillusioned by his job, marriage and life in general. Joanna Shimkus is attractive and vivacious as his troubled wife, Lisa. Fine support from Patricia Barry as the psychiatrist and especially good are Elizabeth Ashley and Adam West as Benjamin's in-laws. Look fast for familiar faces Ron Masak and Bob Hastings as baseball fans and the alluring Tiffany Bolling is also memorable. A film that Fox should release for sale.
