The best movie ever made.
23 February 2001
This is one of those films that you never want to end. Every scene is so perfect! I can't quite put my finger on what made it so good, but trust me, IT IS! Quite possibly the best movie I have ever seen. I went to this movie not expecting sub-titles. When it was over I found myself liking the fact that it did. Dubbing this movie would take away some of it's magic. You don't even notice that your reading the sub-titles after about 5 minutes, so don't worry! I gave it 10/10. So, quit reading this and go see the movie, and if you have already seen it, go see it again!!!

The Bad Seed (1956)
10/10
A true classic!

This is one of the scariest old movies I have ever seen! Nancy Kellye who plays Rhoda's mom overacts just a little. The weirdest thing is that she reminds me SO MUCH of Rachel Weisz from "The Mummy"! Patty McCormick is one bad little girl and she deserves what she gets at the very end. If you've seen it you know what I mean! *****10 stars*****

Tarzan (1999)
10/10
One of Disney's best.

First of all this is not just a kids movie. My friend and I went to see it the first day it came out and man was it packed! Tarzan definitely compares to The Lion King and Little Mermaid! So I would recommend this movie to anyone who has kids or anyone who doesn't! **********10 stars!

Cleopatra (1999)
A great movie all together.
25 May 1999
What can I say? I love watching these Egyptian movies! Although this Cleopatra did not surpass the one made in 1963 with Elizabeth Taylor, it is well worth seeing. The acting is very good, especially Billy Zane! The thing I like better about this movie than the old one is that it focuses a lot more on Cleopatra's son, Ptomely Ceasar, also know as Caesarion. The old one said nothing about Octavian trying to kill Caesarion. There are some very,...how should I put this..."revealing" scenes in it. (If you know what I mean.) The antagonist, Octavian, makes a wonderful villain and you just can't help but hate him! The special effects in the movie sometimes go un-noticed, but they are very good as well. There are a few scenes where someone is be-headed that are very good. The movie is not very gory, but there is a lot of fighting. The ending, as in the old one, leaves you hanging. (If someone knows what happens to Cleopatra's son please tell me!) I hope this movie is available to buy sometime soon, because I will definitely add it to my collection!

The Mummy (1999)
10/10
The best movie of the year!
13 May 1999
The Mummy is one of the best films I have ever seen in the theatre! It has non-stop thrills! Brendan Frasier plays a heroic war veteran. Racel Weisz plays a beautiful but clumsy egyptologist. The movie is set in 1929. The special effects are amazing! Some of the scenes will gross you out! I can guarantee that you WILL jump out of your seat a few times during this movie!

One of my favorite movies.

This movie is one of the best movies I have ever seen. The great thing about it is that you know what is going on the whole time, and you are so anxious for the victim to finally figure it all out! It keeps you on the edge of your seat. Audrey Hepburn does a great job playing a blind woman. As the movie progresses you begin to feel more and more sorry for her! This is a great movie and I would recommend it to anyone!
