I watched this movie last year at the French Film Festival which is held every June in Yokohama, where I live. I watch all kinds of films, regardless of its nationality, but this movie doesn't compare to ALL the other movies I have seen in my life. It is so hard to explain this movie, but if you ever had a chance to see this movie, watch it and think about it. Yes, it's long, depressing and this is NOT a piece of entertainment, but if you saw this once, it will haunt you for the rest of your life, I promise. Not many movies can do that. Yes, I hated this movie, but for some reason, I'm glad that I saw it.
