Hot Boyz (2000)
Not bad for an Independent film
This movie is actually quite good. It is entertaining and in my opinion is better than Foolish and I Got the Hook Up. This is the one No Limit Film that should have been released in theaters. Despite the movies man character bein Silkk, C-Murder does some really good acting in the movie and in my opionion is the best actor in the film. Most of the No Limit Rappers make cameos in the film. The movie centers around Hustler trying to make things right in the wrong way, he later fixes things up the right way with help from some special friends. Of all the NO Limit Films out right now this one is by far the best, almost reminds me of Menace II Society.
Ghostbusters II (1989)
all in all very good
Well I thought a comment on this movie was necessary considering all the criticism it gets. The point of it is that Ghostbusters 2 is almost every bit as good as the first one, I will admit that the first one is better but Ghostbusters 2 is NOT boring and is a VERY entertaining movie. With an all-star cast which includes such greats as Bill Murray and Dan Aykroyd. The movie really works in following the Ghostbusters after they split up and it has a good solid story to it, not to mention that the soundtrack is very good. All in all if i had to use a point system with rating movies, this movie would be exaclty one point behind the first in all aspects as far as entertainment value, music , and story go. But this movie is definitley a classic.
Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom (1984)
AN INSTANT CLASSIC
OK here we may have one of the biggest misunderstod movies of all time, not misunderstood as far as plot goes but people misunderstand the meaning of the movie, which by the way is equally as good as the others(I have no favorite, just 3 soon to be 4 Excellent movies). The 2 complaints i always hear most often are that Willie was far to annoying and that the movie was to violent. To start off Willie was meant to be a spoiled brat, therefore she is meant to whine and scream and complain a lot, just as the character was written(completely opposite of Marion in Raiders). Send of all Lucas wanted this film to have a new enemy ie. not the nazi's but a thugee cult and i am sorry to tell you people that with something like that you can't have people being all cheerful and happy, just wouldn't look right. I mean its a cult and with cults come violence or if you would rather say a "darker era". the story is great with this movie and fits perfectly as well as the movie having great action scenes. Temple of Doom is overall a classic film and I enjoy it more and more each time i watch it.
