SC2 is a great holiday movie! Much better than the first installment and we really liked The Santa Clause. (I really don't understand the vitriolic comments left about THAT movie.) This should remain a classic for decades, in the tradition of "The Wizard of Oz" and other fantasies.

"Prancer Returns" is a Christmas fantasy that actually outperforms the original "Prancer."

It is a combination coming of age story involving the older brother of the young boy who is the protagonist, a love story involving the mom and an old friend of the family and it is a Christmas story involving the hope generated in mankind each Dec. 24.

The show is not as dark as the original movie. It is more light-hearted and fun throughout. It will surely become a Christmas classic.
