Cannibal ferox (1981)
Beware of the censored UK release !
Yes, it's disgusting trash but if you plan to buy it anyway, stay away from the heavily cut U.K. dvd, released by Vipco. The inlay screams 'banned in 31 countries' and 'The Most Violent Film Ever Made', but conveniently forgets to mention that virtually EVERY gory scene is either severely censored or even completely absent. In fact, the only 'cannibalism' here happened in Vipco's editing room. A rip-off.
Reptilicus (1961)
Yes, it's awful, but it's funny !
'Reptilicus' is one of those rare bad films that is truly funny and entertaining. Entirely filmed in a Copenhagen film studio, everything about it will have you in stitches : the wooden acting, the truly pathetic effects (the monster is coughing up 'green acid slime' by way of someone dropping green-colored mayo on the lens), the totally derivative script, the laughable dubbed dialog. The scenes of the mass destruction of Copenhagen and throngs of people fleeing in seemingly different directions have to be seen to be believed. A true 'worst of the worst' classic.
A Night to Dismember (1983)
Rare, maybe, but definitely boring
It might very well be a rare find - and the video copy I tracked down was of pretty poor quality - it is first and foremost dreadfully boring. Since apparently there was no money for a set sound recordist the whole film is 'explained' in voice-over...and still it doesn't make any sense whatsoever. Literally everything about it is bad, and not even funny-bad or entertaining-bad, just plain boring bad. A complete waste of time.
