Destination: Unknown - a day in the life in South of France for the son of Ned Rowe (2014)
A decent underground movie
I mean, if you like art/concept films, then you will enjoy this. It's a bleak look into the life of a homeless addict and how he spends a typical day.
Motern Media Christmas Special (2017)
If you can't appreciate atonal music this movie is not for you
This special will truly get you into the holiday spirit. It answers so many questions that you never knew you needed the answer to. Will Tommy Adirondack dance? Who is the Earl of Christmas? And when will Freaky Farley show up? It's just a fun movie for the whole family!
Don't Let the Riverbeast Get You! (2012)
Loved it!
Matt Farley is an indie film master! His movies are full of humor and have an amazing cast of non-professional actors who provide amazing performances and this movie is full of quotable moments. I called Matt to tell him how much I loved his films and he sent me this movie! I let a friend borrow it and now everytime I go for a hike he asks me if I ran into any "picnic babes" in the woods. If you like this movie give Matt a call and tell him!
Freaky Farley (2007)
Love this film
Freaky Farley is an underrated classic! Matt Farley is an auteur who is sadly over looked in the comedy/horror genre. Watch this movie and then tell your friends to watch it, then call Matt and tell him how much you love it. He'll probably answer. He also wrote his 20,000th song in mid 2019, so check out the Motern Media playlist on spotify.
Brazil (1985)
No more paperwork
It's a visual masterpiece with an amazing story. I really liked it
Nineteen Eighty-Four (1984)
Amazing
Many of the images I saw in this film were the same that I saw in my head as I read the book
Blue Velvet (1986)
Just the best
This has always been one of my most favorite films
Local Legends (2013)
Classic
This is so far my favorite Matt Farley film. It is incredibly funny, honest, and very "artsy". Right now it is my favorite indy flick
Slingshot Cops (2016)
I loved this film
I loved the humor, not to mention the acting. I had a lot of laughs and really enjoyed the plot. Anyone who would leave a review saying that it has no "charm" obviously has never tried to make an independent movie. It was the Rand-man and B-hole Walsh that brought me to the film, but it was Matt Farley and his cast of friends that led me down a rabbit hole of Farley films. Matt Farley, hands down, is my favorite indie filmmaker. And if I'm also being honest, I also miss my favorite twin brothers born on different days. Bring back the bone zone!
