Prisoner of Love (2022)
Nope
This movie is a huge disappointment! We live in Evansville, IN about a mile away from where Vicky and Casey were caught, so we were looking forward to watching a dramatization of the events. This one misses the mark on so many levels. The acting seemed forced and the actress playing Vicki's facial expressions were so over the top they were distracting. The dialogue was terrible and cheesy. There was zero character development - I still have no idea why this woman would throw her life away for a convicted murder. And there were huge holes in the plot- the filmmakers could've spent a lot more time to give the audience a more complete story and left out all of the awful flirting not only between Vicky and Casey, but also between the sheriff and the US Marshal. It was a definite no for me. I'm hoping someone makes a better movie or documentary about it in the future.
The Gray Man (2022)
Good until the end
Great action and really kept you engaged. I would have liked for Ryan Gossling to have more dialogue. The endingwas unnecessarily drawn out and disappointing.
The Stranger She Brought Home (2021)
Not great
The plot line had potential but none of the characters were particularly interesting, dialogue was flat and boring, and there were way too many subplots/relationships that took away from time that could have been spent developing the relationship between the main characters. I would like to say I cared whether Stephanie lived or died, but really the only person I was remotely worried about was the mailman toward the end. It was a miss for me.
The Wrong Valentine (2021)
One of the better " Wrong" movies
I'm always a fan of anything with Vivica but the villain was especially evil in this one which kept me on the edge of my seat!
Babysitter's Nightmare (2018)
Worst.Movie.Ever.
I really could not get past the stupidity of the characters in this one. The actors did the best they could with a terrible plot
