Fantastic
15 May 2001
Directed by George Cukor, BORN YESTERDAY is one of the best pictures of all time, based on a play, this movie tells the story of journalist who is hired by a politician to teach his girlfriend to be intelligent; Judy Holliday plays the girl, a very sexy one, but very stupid, William Holden is the journalist(always concerned with truth)and Broderick Crawford is the bad politician. The great thing about the movie is the terrific acting of Judy Holliday, she is very very funny, and she knows exactly how to guide her character thru all the changes that happens to her. Watch it now.

Wonder Boys (2000)

A great film with a terrific script

Wonder Boys is a great movie, with a fantastic script, great acting and directing. The characters are very well developed during the film and it is interesting to see how they change. Michael Douglas gives his best performance of his career, better than Wall Street, Tobey Maguire shows us that he is a great actor and not only a cool guy of the new generation of young actors, Robert Downey Jr is also great (as he always is), Frances McDormand is also fantastic. It's a very funny film, but it's not a nonsense comedy, you will see that this movie made you think about many things.

Not Good
23 February 2001
This is a very bad movie, not because the acting is bad or even the directing, the problem is that the script is horrible. It doesn't make any sense at all. Even with the presence of great actors such as Julian Sands, Ned Beatty and Rod Steiger, this movie is a complete shame.
