May we all live ordinarily and freely. #TGHFF2019

For several times that I almost burst into loud sobs however the tears were just not dropping because what's happening next is extremly horrifying!

The rhythm of the film is so good, the BGM is such excellent and the VFX is amazing, almost perfect!

The most frightening thing is not ghosts, but human hearts. Use public power carefully, there are gods three feets above our heads, be careful of being backfired.

Freedom is hard won, and it is worth cherishing by all of us. May we all live ordinaryily and freely.

Provide us a chance to have a deeper understand of protest movements and the way democracy works. #TFFIB

Actually, due to the director's personal political position and farce that happened on Golden Horse, I had prejudged that both the film and the award it won were all DPP's political propaganda tools, however as I finished watching it, I found that the film contained a lot of content including political facts under the current situation in the mainland, Taiwan and Hong Kong, and not just the Sunflower Movement. On the contrary of my anticipation, because directors choose to focus on specific characters rather than record the movement in general, the film can let the public including the insiders and bystanders to have a broader and more accurate view of the essence of the Sunflower Movement and political stars it spawned, and even a deeper understand of politics if we look at the current situation of the characters in the film. The film fully deserves the Golden Horse Award for Best Documentary.

A movie that seems to be telling the story of a hotpot restaurant, but actually contains a great political aspiration.

(1) For the first time I experienced that, all of the audienced didn't even stand up until the end of the film fully played. It seems that all of the audiences are hongkonger except me. (2) The audience sitting in front of me cried, they seems to be a family of three. (3) I wish all compatriots on both sides of the Taiwan Strait and in four places a happy Mid-Autumn Festival.

The Collision of Social Phenomena
14 September 2019
An apartment without normal people, each room represents the extreme of a social phenomenon, but more meaningful content can only be seen from spin-off. One star was deducted because the suspense setting at the end is unnecessary, because it doesn't feel like there will be a next season at all.

A movie that touches Chinese overseas deeply
14 September 2019
(1) Especially Chinese, especially Real, especially realistic; (2) The audience next to me is a Chinese mother, with her first or second grade son, the child did not get into the movie at all (3) Disagreeing with the comment "a movie made entirely for Americans. ".
