The Coen Brothers Gangster masterpiece
3 March 2007
This is the third film from master filmmakers Joel and Eathen Coen is a masterpiece of the gangster genre> Gabriel Byrne (The Usual Suspects) is awesome as gangster. this character is a character sees all the angles. The Coen's group of actors in this film where JOHN TURTURRO Joe Polito, Macdormand (a little scene) Sam Rami, and little part by my favorite actor Steve Buscemi.

Working for a crime boss and trying to make piece is hard play but Tommy makes it work. Like any other good gangster film you have to watch the whole way through till the end especially Gabreil's trials and tribulations The Coen brothers are the best film making team and this is one of the examples why

Rocky II (1979)
8/10
My hero becomes the Champion
31 December 2006
That first fight between Apollo Creed and Rocky Balboa whats a great fight that had ugly repercussions on both men. Especily Rocky he had to have eye surgery. He married Adrain and tried to live a normal life, with his black hat, black gloves, and black jacket, and a new born son Rocky Jr. but Creed wanted a rematch to prove that his 200 year fight was northing but a fluke. He made Rocky climb back in the ring. Then again Rocky has heart and guts. He didn't drink eggs but he trained real hard with Mick Rocky had to prove that he could beat Creed. The fight was "Super fight II" In my opinion this was a much better fight, a more competitive fight. it had better action like the slow motion shots, and it was a much more entertaining fight (then again thats my opinion. Rocky over comes the odds and become the Champion of the world while gaining the respect of Creed. (For who haven't seen it Im sorry if I spoiled anything) \

A great sequel

Rocky (1976)

An American hero is Born
18 December 2006
A lonely man named Rocky Balboa form the dirty Streetsd of Philidolphia PA. with only his pets to keep him company and doing dirty work. Gets the shot of a lifetime when he is chosen to face Appolo Creed the world champion. This film came out in 1976 the 200th birth year of USA. So it was a perfect idea to make a movie about the main character from Philly who raises to the occasion and becomes a really tough American hero. He had a hell of a manger who pushed and trained Rockey so he would be tougher then people thought. Not to mention his good friend Pauley and girlfriend Adrain He did his best in the fight. He wanted to go the distance for respect. He was not really looking to win the match just do his best, but when the smoked cleared a new American hero was born.

The Departed (2006)
10/10
The best gangster movie ever made
19 November 2006
he Departed is the perfect movie (for me anyway) It happens in Boston my favorite city. I'm a New Englander so thats one reason this movie is perfect. It has two of my favorite actors in it (Matt Damon and Jack Nicholson) I gained a lot of respect for Leo Decap when it was over. The plot was fantastic I didn't know who to trust. It's the best gangster movie ever made. + It's a lot funnier than any other film in it's genre.

Jack Nicholson adds another great movie to his legend. Unlike Jacke Torrence, Jake G (from Chinatown and The Two Jakes) unlike Melven U. I've never seen him play someone so mean and in charge.

Matt Damon is one of my favorite actors because He's from Boston and he can nail Any role he does. Good Will hunting one of my favorites. ( I dislike Afflack though) Leo Decap made Titanic witch I hated cause it was so serious I'm not one for romantic film, but Like I said I gained a lot of respect for Leo when The Departed was over. Doing what he did in it took guts.

Lastyley this movie made me realize how important cellphones are when a job needs to get done. The state police and the regular police should use cellphones like these guys.

This was an awesome movie: all star cast and great script. The Departed gets my vote for best movie of 2006

Celtic Pride (1996)
7/10
For Celtic fans + Dan Aykroyd's my favorite comedian
15 October 2006
Celtic pride: I think that the tittle means everything about the film. Two Boston Celtic fans doing what ever it takes for their teem to win. Even if it means kidnapping the enemy. This movie is for Celtic fans especially. Lary Bird, Robert Parish, Kevin Mchale, Dennis Johnson, and Danny Ainge the best starting 5 that was ever put together are not it but it's still a good representation of die hard Celtic fans.

Dan Aykroyd is the man possibly the best comedian that ever lived. It goes back to 1975 on Saturday Nigt Live in its early prime years Elwood Blues, Mr. Conehead, Fred Garvmen Male prostitute, and more. on the show e=h e proved he was the funniest man of the 70's, 80's and 90's He also made a good New England sports fans Celtics and Bruins, and with his awesome voices he does an awesome imitation of Marv Albert. This is a movie for a New England comedy fan.

Dazed and Confused (kiss version)
24 September 2006
I bought this film to see a movie where Rock is a Major theme. I love rock and roll altogether.

To me the movie is Dazed and Confused with Kiss. Its another cool 70's based movie like American American graffiti, but more with a focus on Rock. I am not the biggest Kiss fan but Edward Furlong is one of my favorite actors and this is noisome performance by him. Plus Trip is like a mix between Jay and Slater. a high out of his head rocker.

Jam has the worst mom ever but they believe in themselves and rebel and that's what it's all about the slogan is kiss the rules goodbye and thats what I live for good movie. for comedy and rock fans alike.

The best sequel ever made ever and a hell of a debut for a good actor named Furlong
14 September 2006
Termionmator 2 is the best sequel ever made ever. Not only for the action move genre but of all time. Arnold is back in prime form as the good guy Terminator. Wicth I prefer 2 his ever roll in the first movie. Linda Hamelton is a powerhouse. Th evil Terminator is also awesome. But, Ther was this kid named Edward in this movie who played extremely well. Edward Furlong made the best debut of an actor I have ever seen and now he is a star and one of my favorite actors. He is the man. The Best young almost child actor I have ever seen. So he played the roll of a kid very well. He was also important to Arnolds interaction with humans. . This sequel crushes all the other sequels before it and after it. Not to mention The action was awesome, awesome, awesome.

Clerks II (2006)
8/10
best of the NJ moves, also the best sequel ever made
22 July 2006
New store, new surprises with Dante and Rndal in prime form. Randal is even funnier this time around. Jay is finally clean but at his best as well. I guarantee you'll never see a better sequel Kevin Smith is god.

I used to watch Mallrats all the time, but know Clerks 2 rules all.

It rules Dogma

It rules Chasing Amy

It rules Mallrats

and yes it rules over the first clerks

I have to see this again, again, and again.

Jersey Girl doesn't even count. Clerks 2 rules.
