That '70s Show (1998)
Stupid or HILARIOUS?
Awesome show!! That 70's show is definitely a classic. I can see this show on TV Land 10 years after they shot their final episode. This show is only 1 of 3 shows that I actually watch on network TV. the other shows would be Dawsons Creek and Smackdown!. This show has a real feel to it. No matter what time you lived in you feel you know each of the characters in your life experiences. My fav out of all the teenagers is fez. This guy steals the show. Especially when he swears in his Arabian accent "you stoopid sun ofa beeitch". My favorite character over all is Red played by Kurtwood Smith. This guy steals the show. But its no surprise to me. I always enjoyed his small parts in movies over the years. The guy is great and IM glad he has a solid acting job. This show covers all bases and doesn't always base around sex which is cool. Because their is more to life than sex. Although network TV would have you think other wise. I personally don't like the involvement of drugs in the show. Drugs aren't cool and they shouldn't be portrayed as cool. My favorite episode is the "Dine and Dash." Kelso treats his friends to food at a fancy restaurant. But forgets to mention that he didn't plan on paying for the dinner. Obviously hilarity ensues as each member tries to figure out how to get out of the restaurant. Kelso stole the show in this episode I nearly threw up during this episode from laughing so hard. Two memorable lines are (somebody saying to kelso) "this idea is STUPID" Kelso: "Stupid or hilarious" another line from Kelso was "IM creating memories here." Awesome episode which just proves that this show is a future classic.
Laverne & Shirley (1976)
Were gonna make our dreams come true....
Awesome show. I like shows that are real like this show. Just 2 average girls who live in a run downed apartment. Its believable and hilarious. Shirley Fenny is my favorite out the 2. She HOT and is very quirky which adds to the hilarity. But I personally thought they should have ended the show with a double wedding. Between you guessed it Laverne and Lenny and Shirley and Squiggy. That would have rocked. But it didn't happen. Thus the show couldn't get passed 1983. I cant believe such a funny show originated from the dull "Happy Days" TV show.
The A-Team (1983)
Trade Mark 80's BRILLIANCE
This show is without a doubt the most complete show in TV history. Every Character from Face to Decker were unique and had a certain coolness about them. Its really hard to have a favorite guy in the show. They all rock. Hannibal always had the wise ass remarks to the bad guys. Face always got the girl and could con anybody out of everything. Murdock was a hilarious dare devil who is crazy..... like a fox. Bosco Barracus AKA B.A was super strong with a rough exterior but had a heat of gold. Who could forget his silly laugh. With awesome good guys you need an awesome villain. That is were Decker came in. He was cool and cunning but wasn't smart enough to fool Hannibal. Who doesn't laugh their socks off when he has the A- Team cornered in a building he takes out his mega phone and says "Smith this is Decker." This shizit is CLASSIC. The show only got better over time. My personal favorite season was season 5. This season is very controversial because a lot of people just didn't like the new concept. But I thought the situations were more dangerous and more spy oriented. Which is cool. Dish Pan Frankie added a new spice of hilarity. I just wish the A Team would have been able to wrap up the story without being canceled by the fiends at NBC. It would have been cool to see where this was leading too. By the way am I the only 1 that thought the season 5 theme kicked ass?
The Jerky Boys (1995)
Two out of work pranksters. Pull one prank too many when they get mixed up in the mob.
This movie will have you laughing out of your A$$!!!. The Jerky boys bring their weird sense of humor to new heights in this low budget movie. This movie isnt for everyone and its definitely not a family film. If your are bored on a Saturday afternoon go to the video store and rent this. You wont regret. I give this movie an 8 out 10 rating.
She's Out of Control (1989)
Classic coming of age movie.
If you're a big Tony Danza fan like I am. Then this is your movie. Tony is awesome in this humorous movie. Danza's facial also will have you on the floor laughing. Catherine Hicks also gives a great performance. All in all its a fun movie for you or the family to watch. On a scale of 1 - 10 i give it a 10. Hey why not? its a fun enjoyable movie.
Three's Company (1976)
Where the kisses are her's and her's and his.....
Three's Company is possibly THE greatest sitcom ever. This show is full of non stop laughs. That provides a simple yet effective plot that is ageless. John Ritter is a GENIUS. Stanley Roper was priceless with his facial expressions. I nearly fall off my chair from laughter just thinking about his facial expressions. Then when the Ropers got their own spin off they were able to fill that incredibly big void with the master of yucks, Don Knotts. The only draw back of the show is Cindy Snow. I also think Chrissy was WAY over rated.
Three's Company proves my theory that the late 70's and 80's simply was the time to be alive.
