The first film was a masterpiece, the second film was decent. This film was just a bit of a money grab. No real story line, no real threat.

At this stage, they've made Denzel into superman and he's fighting against local bad men who don't feel any real threat to him throughout the film. There's more chance of vin diesel getting beat in a fast and furious film than Denzel having a real fight or genuine trouble in this. The story is also all over the place, with unwanted characters and a 2nd story line going on.

Even though both overlap, it just feels like it wasn't needed or substantial enough to add and keep in.

Would skip this in the cinema.

The film looked like it had a good premise, religious/horror feel to it but overall it was too slow, story all over the place and poorly executed. There was no scares in the film, no twists or turns to make it interesting or pull you in. Just a very basic religious film about God & the devil and the fight against good/bad.

This film should have been so much better and kind of feels lost in they wasn't sure what to do here. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone, there is just no real importance, action, scare, acting etc for anyone to get anything from this film. Real let down and a waste of 2 hours.

It's Crazy the love and the high scores some people are giving this movie. Very questionable and suspicious I'd say. The cast is good but not really utilised as they should. No real investment is given to the main characters, so there is no real connection or feelings for them if they live or die, the characters in the film are all forgettable. The story is really poor and broken. The pace is poor and feels very disconnected. There is very little horror or suspense here. It's a real shame as the first 1/4 of the film feels promising, nice scary music, setting etc but then it just feels like they changed the director and story and it becomes a real mess of a film. Very disappointing. I'd say my 4 score is very fair.

Ethan Hawke is excellent in this role, even though he's one of the main characters in the film he doesent get too much screen time and the main character gets it. Ethan displays a great variety of characters in such a small amount of time. The film could have done a lot better if they swapped the ratio between him and the kid for screen time. I was also expecting more scares and horror but it's very light touch. Feels like a Disney PG horror, very light horror if you can even call it a horror. More background story on Ethan's character would have also been a great benefit to the film.

Kevin Hart and Woody straight off gives it some credibility but the comedy falls flat. I've seen Kevin Hart deliver better performances in YouTube videos and adverts. He's really poor in this film, I don't know whether the scrip was weak or we've just seen too much Kevin? But alot of his moments miss their mark. Woody Is solid as ever but this needs Kevin to deliver to work as a comedy and he shoots and misses. Behind these two, the rest of the cast are forgettable.

I seen some early reviews and was excited for the film but what a let down. Had moments of quality and then a lot of really bland straight to DVD/VOD material. Nic Cage is good, supporting cast very bland but a real film of no substance and gets lost in what it's trying to deliver. Waste of time.

Stunning film, how it mixes action, fighting, comedy, family drama into a film that delivers is some achievement. Gorgeous film with some good family home truths, morals in there. Really surprised by how this finished and delivered. I hope they go and win all the awards, the film, story, cast deserve everything. Stunning film.

This film should have been better but it got mixed up with trying to too artistic and went in different directions which slowed the film down and muddied the story a little. It should have just stuck to a revenge/action film and it could have been great.

This film could have been so good and should have been given a decent cast. But it just felt really rushed, everything was heavy CGI but looked as good, if not worse than computer games. I've seen better fighting cut scenes in games than this film. Seems a bit of a lazy, money grab, poor in everyway. Tyrese probably never helped the film 😂.

Solid entry, little bit more darker and slower than older entries but a nice move and direction. The riddler was brilliant in it, what a character! The actor absolutely nailed his role and stole the show. Some nice fighting and driving scenes. Highly recommend and look forward to the next one.

Shocking film in every way, offers nothing apart from guaranteed pay checks, not funny, romantic and the acting is shocking! Has Owen Wilson's career died that bad he has to take straight to VOD films like this. They even put older SNL cast in and around to try and make it funny but it's awful.

The film starts really well and gives you a nice suspenseful feel, possible psychological horror. But it quickly gets lost in what the film is trying to do and be. It goes from a genuine suspenseful horror to resident evil/matrix to a comedy. It's hard to take certain parts in the last quarter serious. Overall starts off well but loses all credibility when it wants to be a matrix action film and the reveal comes about.

Shocking tv show, not funny in the slightest, decent premise but failed massively. Just a job for the boys and to keep your friends on tv, horrible job by Netflix to pick this up.

I loved venom and Carnage as a kid, the characters were brilliant. This is worst than the first film which says a lot, I think woody was a good option but the direction of the film let's it down and no real build up to the ultimate fight. I'd love for venom and carnage to get a reboot down the line and be given an 18 rating and let them become films we like, not PG nonsense for the kids.

The premise was good and the effects of these so called monsters/demons were stunning. But then the plot just becomes far too over complicated and muddy and really let's the series down. Could have been excellent but really let down by a complicated plot.

First episode was really slow, felt like a teenage girl type of series around dating and school. I can understand the need for character development, but a little too long here. Once they get into the woods that's when the pace really picks up and becomes excellent. The pacing for me, let's this series down, they could have reduced the timing or episode count as there is too much nonsense included. Hopefully season 2 can pick up the pace and removers the dead wood elements.

I would have thought just off the title it was a dark comedy/parody but watching, the majority is not funny and falls flat. I don't think anyone fully understood from the director, actors, casting, what they were making and delivering. Could only manage 1 episode..

The tv series is a slow burner, at times I was wondering why am I watching this, I've got too much to do. But the acting from Will and Paul done enough to intrigue me to keep watching. Both actors very unlike they're normal roles and both smashed it out the park, especially Paul. The ending is fascinating, sad and brilliant. Crazy to think this was true.

Poor film, straight to dvd or VOD material. Film heavily relies on Charlie for laughs. The majority of actors fall flat with jokes and can't carry the film. The film is also too long, could have been done in 50mins.

Decent film, what you expect, good suspense and twists. Courtney cox is in about 3 scenes but her acting is shocking, really poor acting, that makes this feel like a straight to VOD release.

Poor story, poor action, poor characters. How this made it to the big screen is beyond me. It had a really good premise, like a copy of assault on precinct 13 but nowhere near the suspense.

Great show and idea, I liked the uncertainty of what the show was about. Was it psychology, SCI/FI, witch cults? Great supporting cast in this show, especially the main girl. The lead actor was really lacking, he just wasn't believable, likeable, everything about his performance was one geared and a real lacklustre performance. If they replaced him with a better actor who could get over better, this would have been a great first series.

The start of the show sums it up, awful dancing and trying to be funny/cool but it single handily kills any actors credibility with the dancing. Really sets the tone they want to go with which is wacky but it's executed poorly. First joke was about Cena not seeing enough muscle definition in a body scan 😴.

Really surprised by the poor scoring of the film. The lead was brilliant, some scenes are over the top and maybe the focus on 1 family maybe Doesent appease people. I thought the film was suspenseful throughout, emotional and a good film, would recommend.

No need for this movie, offers nothing new or different. They should have ended the series after the 2nd film. The 3rd film was horrendous and this is worse. Acting is straight to dvd standard, no suspense, shock or anything good. Fighting is zzzzzz. Nice pay check for the actors but speed 2 would have been a better choice for Keanu here.
