Dexter: New Blood: Sins of the Father (2022)
What the hell?
This is like running the ball all the way down the field with zero seconds left, just to fumble at the one yard line.
This season was awesome, apart from the last 5 minutes. A better ending would of been a darker ending, and having Dexter kill everyone.
Dexter: New Blood: Cold Snap (2021)
Well, his inner voice is back!
So damn good. Wow, I'm so happy this show has returned and they got it right! A lot of times when shows come back it doesn't live up to the hype. This has so far one episode in.
Bad Sport (2021)
Very good, But...
It's very good but, they didn't do a great job at hiding that they spliced together audio from the interviewers to have them say exactly what they wanted them to say. Sounds like a robot talking in some parts. Other than that, seemed great.
Messiah (2020)
Wow, wow, wow.
I binged it all at once and can happily say I didn't pick up my phone to look at once. It was captivating and thought provoking. Really hope Hulu/Amazon/Showtime pick this up.
Midnight Mass: Book V: Gospel (2021)
I agree with another reviewer. Listen to the damn monologues.
This show would be awful for someone who is watching while on their phone. You have to actually pay attention. The monologues are thought provoking. So much meaning in them. It had me pondering my own beliefs.
Midnight Mass (2021)
I don't understand the 1/10s? You don't like it, okay but 1/10?
I throughly enjoyed this series. Everybody has been stating the monologues are terrible, which I find funny because those have been my favorite parts. To each their own. Also, people are giving it a bad score because it's not scary... well, I don't think it's suppose to be scary. If it was suppose to be scary, it would of went the route of Hill House, which it clearly didn't. The acting was great. The story was great. I'm a weirdo and was finding myself agreeing with both sides of the spectrum in this series. I was agreeing with the religious views and was agreeing with the views that were against religion. It was thought provoking. Also the monologue with Riley when he talked about what he believes happens when he dies was my favorite part of the whole series.
