I started watching this about a year ago, thought it was reallly dumb. My husband decided to give it another try last week. Got thru one episode and loved it!! The show is silly, but the characters are so funny. And it's nice to see a show not filled with the "pretty boys" all the time. Being older (and heavier than I was) it's great to see the portrayal of real people here. The acceptance of all types of gays is refreshing, to say the least. Kudos to the actors and writers, a show definitely worth bingeing. I just found that the "bears" also did 6 short film specials: Halloween, Mother's Day, Christmas, Valentine's, Thanksgiving and New Years, looking forward to seeing them also!!!

Great acting, terrific sets and atmosphere can't hide the fact that this show, at least for me, did not live up to expectations. The first few episodes were really slow. By episode five things began heating up but the finale was a big letdown. The ending was, let's just say, extremely disappointing. Read the book.
