Twin Peaks: The Return: Part 8 (2017)
There's no way I'm rating this
Holy mother of Giant, what an episode. I was completely in awe of the dark ambience and visual storytelling during the entire hour of runtime of this twisted backstory. The fact that Laura Palmer is an good spirit, the opposute of BOB, is something i never thought of before this. As mentioned the Giant being God is something that was foreshadowed in the title of S2E1 "May the Giant be with you", whoever the Wife is, I'm all for it, she added to the lynchian vibe perfectly. I sure hope the teenage couple is Leland and Sarah Palmer and gosh golly I hope Dougie gets a break.
Lynch, you are the master of creatong intricate stories while giving the viewer a chance to interpret it how ever we want.
Game of Thrones: The Rains of Castamere (2013)
01:25 am. A Friday in November.
Speechlesss I lay in my bed. Speechless I watch Catelyn Stark slit the throat of an innocent woman after witnessing her son die. Speechless she screams and falls to the ground, throat wide open. Speechless I stare at the deathly quiet credits that consumate The Rains of Castamere.
One Piece: Wan pîsu: Yuki no Sumu Shima! Drum-Rocky o Nobore! (2001)
First change of OP
Is it only me or does this episode mark the beginning of OP maturing? Plus I noticed the animation improving. The climbing scenes are dope and unusually graphic. I don't believe we have seen as bloody and vulgar images yet as we do when Luffy climbs the rockies and his fingers and toes takes serious damage.
BoJack Horseman: Feel-Good Story (2019)
Your watching BoJack wrong (kinda)
The reviews on this episode is actually frustrating for the simple fact that people don't enjoy the art for the art. Instead they diminish it just because it doesn't align with your political views. Yes, this episode is hyperboly of american capitalism. But that's just because the writers wanted to make a characatyre to show us the evil in our ways while making it lighthearted and comedic.
Yes, Diane's melancholy is hard to watch and understand. But that's the point this show is trying to get across, depression is never understandable and a symptom of depression is expecting too much of yourself AND OTHERS while being hypocritical. She is sad, and the sadness clouds her judgement. How can people not get that?
But nevermind the "politics" involved. Appreciate the story of Diane finding love after a hard breakup with Mr. Peanutbutter. Doubting this love than finally accepting it when she reads the letters from Bojack (which plays as a smart allegory of her story).
Appreciate the well-crafted script. Appreciate Alison Brie's and Lakeith's acting and chemistry.
Appreciate the art.
Ars longa, vita brevis

The Darkest Timeline with Ken Jeong & Joel McHale (2020)
It was the best of times, it was the worst of time
What happened to this podcast? Joel and Ken made 25 episodes of this podcast and then it seized to exist. And as far as I know, neither have ever addressed it:( At least they ended it with a bang (last episode featuring Alison Brie was so hilarious.
Gravity Falls: Summerween (2012)
The worst one so far
I mean it's still decent but compared to the previous episodes, it's easily bottom-tier. The monster was just a Spirited Away rip-off. Yes, a rip-off, not homage because they never make it clear that it was an artistic choice to have the monster remind us of Spirited Away. I am also getting a bit tired of Dipper constantly growing up and leaving Mabel behind and then at the end apologize. It happens almost every single episode. I do however like how they always manage to tie the A and B stories together, this time it was with the candy.
Gravity Falls: The Legend of the Gobblewonker (2012)
Okay
Is it just me or does this episode heavily remind you of Avatar The Last Airbender; the music, the fake monster story, aang as dipper, katara as Mabel and Soos as Appa of course. Still a good epispde but doesnt quite have the same level of quality as the first one.
Our Planet: Jungles (2019)
Top Tier
I believe this episode of Our Planet may be the peak of nature-oriented documentaries. From the stunning visuals to the majestic music, there isn't much competition in terms of showing the world's wildlife. With every scene you are left in awe asking yourself how the photographers were able to capture it all. Incredible!
Brooklyn Nine-Nine: Adrian Pimento (2016)
The birth of Pimento
So many quotably lines and funny moments between jake and pimento as well as Boyle. All in all, one of the funniest episodes. Even though the writers stole the "macguffin" meta joke from Community.
Knives Out (2019)
Amazing
I love this movie, and I don't understand why everyone is calling it overrated. It's a new take on the whodunnit genre. Supreme acting from Ana de Armas, Christopher Plummer and Michael Shannon. Great set design. Small details that you notice third way around. Overall a fantastic film.
