Excellent drama
14 May 2024
Edit: Please, please don't let us wait too long for season 2! This is an absolutely brilliant series. My goodness. Who is Hollywood...they can only dream of filming such a brilliant series! I wish I could give this series more than a 10 star rating.

Wow, I didn't know what to expect from this series but am I stunned!

This series is beautifully written and casted. This series draws the viewer into this story and grips the attention from beginning to end. I can't wait for the next episode.

As a foreign viewer, who doesn't understand the religion and differences, I find this series so interesting. Regardless of belief system, there are good and bad characters everywhere.

From a child-bride to a blossoming love, while keeping respect and integrity. In contrast, the mother was also a child-bride but experienced the opposite as her daughter, in an abusive relationship and she would do anything to prevent her daughter from suffering a similar fate. She tries her utmost, with the help of a psychologist to get her genius daughter to rather study, but the restriction in the religion won't allow it. And they find themselves in life-threatening situations regularly. But all plans fail and it's as if fate is keeping her and her husband together.

Every week, the series keeps revealing different layers.

Really a series worth watching. Hope it continues for many more episodes!

I want this series to work but it doesn't at this stage.
11 March 2024
I wish I could write just one sentence.... I forwarded three quarters of each episode and still didn't miss anything. There is too much fluff that doesn't need to be there. And everything borders on the ridiculous.

I would've liked to ML & FL in a series with a bit more meat. They both have potential. I don't think the script gives them any opportunities. The ML can be soulful. The FL, in this series is too slow. The way she brushes her hair or cuts cheese or doesn't respond (her sister in-law has to tell her what to do all the time). It's like her brain doesn't work. It's too much. Did you hire her just for her beauty? Please give her a personality.

If only the storyline can be a little more interesting and the Directing be better...with not such long pauses and a better, more natural flow to it, it has potential.

Hooked
1 December 2023
Edit: This series just keeps getting better and better. Best series by far. This is one of the best series ever. Please don't make us wait long for season 2. And I like Dedem, let Halil forget about Zeynep who is responsible.... Sota should also be kicked to the curb.

This is the best series. I'm hooked and can't wait for the next episode. Why are the ratings falling? What is wrong with people?

This is the first series that is tense, exciting and where the good guys keep winning. It is so refreshing! It's usually the bad guys winning in Turkish series.

Excellent cast, excellent storyline, excellent acting, excellent directing. The pace of this series is spot on. Constant action, yet it doesn't feel rushed. Please continue on this trend...I can watch 100 episodes.

The ML comes back for revenge after his father was killed in front of him. It's clear he had some special forces training and joining with the police captain, as what seems like an undercover operation to destroy the biggest crime family, and also the target of the ML revenge. Who exactly is he ML working for? Is he doing it on his own or does he have the State of Turkey behind him (I hope he does)?

The romance between the ML & FL is exciting. I can't wait for the ML to fall in love with the FL. Both are brilliant in their roles.

Well done to all involved in creating this series. Please keep it up.

Intriguing series
27 September 2023
Rating from 10 to 1 star. Making Ates the bad guy sucks. Done with this series.

Another edit: If the writers are going to make Ates the bad guy, I'm not watching any further. He is the one with the pure heart and what is being done to him by the spoiled brat named Yaman (so irritating the way Feraye, who needs to get her mind checked, says Yamaaaan...ugh), makes Yaman the bad guy in my books. I hope he loses the business to Ates. The writers made a good job of making Yaman the villain. It's now impossible to have pity on him & Feraye.

Edit: To the writers, please let Feraye fall in love with Ates and forget Yaman. A person that can torment someone he supposedly loves is not a man of character. What Yaman feels is not love but obsession...it can't be both. I dislike him now so much, I can't even feel sorry for him. Let Feraye forget Yaman. I really don't want them to end up together.

I just love this series.

The FL (Feraya) is trapped between two brothers. And strangely I can't choose who I want her to be with. There is this one brother (Yaman) with whom she shares a lot of passion, but he breaks her heart when he falls into a trap protecting his brother. The catalyst in throwing everyone's lives into a hell, is the FL's step-mother who threatens Yaman, after she overhears what has happened, to marry her daughter who has been in love with Yaman since childhood. (Feraya is unaware of the trap and thinks Yaman has fallen in love with her step-sister.) She also gets an innocent house worker killed. Yet she has no remorse. She is the real villain in this story.

The story is well written and directed. Excellent actors. Casting done brilliantly.

I can't wait for the next episode and kinda wish I could binge watch all the episodes at once.

Great series but too much crying and violence
15 September 2023
Warning: Spoilers
Season 2: Boooooooring. The same dialogue over and over and over...16 episodes already. I'm done.

I initially didn't want to watch this series, but once I started, I couldn't stop.

The casting is excellent, as well as the acting and directing. Story plots are interesting with two consecutive storylines that will become intertwined later, I suspect.

Too many things are happening to the same characters. It's not realistic. Some wins to offset the constant losses, would be nice. The bad guys just keeps winning...there should be a balance or otherwise people lose interest.

Oh, and please let the characters shower and not walk in the same clothes for a week. Hira was in the same clothes when she came back when Ali was ill (already for 2 days, then another 3/4 days with Ali, before a change of clothes)...didn't eat and slept on the floor- and left his room only to go to the kitchen...no shower...I could smell her. Same with Kenan and Meryam. Even the make-up and hair is worse in later episodes and not as good as in the beginning. That's why, shows shouldn't actually continue for so long...attention to detail wanes.

Season 2 looks like it's just a continuation of Hira abuse. How can Orhun in his right mind tell Hira she is save in the house where his mother tried to kill her? Is he really that daft or uncaring? He can't even hug Hira when she hugs him and needs comfort. Not sure I'm into season 2.

If You Love (2023)

Love Love Love this series.
19 August 2023
Edit: Nooooo! Why only 13 episodes? The good series are always too few episodes. Please, please cast Hafsanur Sancaktutan and Kerem Bürsin together again. They are amazing together. My two favourite actors at the moment.

I love this series and can't wait for the next episode.

The chemistry between the FL Hafsanur Sancaktutan and ML Kerem Bürsin are off the charts. Every episode is on a knife's edge. Waiting every moment for the bomb to explode and praying that it doesn't because it will destroy the best love story.

There are hidden secrets of the FL's past and she unfortunately got entrapped by a opportunist using her to make money (Yakup). She falls for it because she needs the finance to help a person in hospital who had an accident just as he was about to tell her about her family. But this decision of becoming involved in a criminal enterprise can blow up in her face at any moment, causing her to lose the love she found with the ML.

All the characters are brilliantly cast. So good to see how the children (all unique and great in their roles) at first wanted nothing to do with their half brother (and he with them) but how they are getting attached and changing each other. Such a beautiful story. And the two villains, Füsun & Yakup are great in their roles.

I usually skip the side stories as they tend to be boring, but not in this series. Excellently done.

Very good series
27 July 2023
At first I didn't want to watch this series, but once I started, I was hooked. Although later on I dis skip a lot of the series.

The actors are not one dimensional like in so many other series. They have good and bad in them. The romance is good, in the main as well as the side-stories. Ibo's story was a bit too juvenile and boring and wish they focused more on Ali and Kiraz' story but it seems they're getting back to that.

I'm amazed that I keep watching. Usually I get bored when there are this many episodes, but not with Emanet. So, well done to the writers and everyone involved. Glad I started watching late...now I can binge-watch.

Gülcemal (2023–2024)

A lot of potential
7 July 2023
The intrigue in this series is fast paced and the secrets are revealed quickly which is refreshing. The secrets keep coming which keeps you glued to the screen.

I only find the hate very hard to swallow. How easy it is to forget all the good a person has done in a lifetime (Feruse) but when one mistake is revealed (for which there was good reason) it's like the supposed loved ones stick a knife and twisting and turning it until there is a gaping wound. I have a feeling that the series would evolve to such an extent that they would have to eat all that painful, hurtful words they threw at another. And I hope they choke in it.

Gulendam is the worst. She deserves all the bad going her way as she is just like her biological mother...very hateful and mean.

Gulcemal in a sense also...very unforgiving. He can make mistakes but no one else may. Even though I wish Gulcemal and Deva end up together, not one character is very likable in this series. They are too vengeful... I know that's what the story is about, but characters should not be one dimensional. At least have some good. Deva scream & yell too much...it's annoying. No one listens. I find it very frustrating with these series but I suppose that is what keeps the story going.

If this was real life...where the people really had these personalities, I'm very glad I wasn't born in Turkey. Hateful, revengeful, unforgiving, cruel...and that's the "good" people. Yet I'm still watching.

Superb!
7 May 2023
I cannot understand why the best series in Turkey get such low ratings, yet low IQ drivel with 150 episodes are popular...

This series is so good. From excellent casting, great acting (even by the jerk, Dimitri), good directing and great storyline which is based on true events. The father of Peyami is so lovable. And the chemistry between Peyami and Esvet makes for an exciting watch!

Anything Çagatay Ulusoy stars in is good. He is such a deep, soulful actor that really draws one into his character and emotions.

Sifanur Gul looks completely different in this series. It's good that she was given this role to showcase her talent.

Please don't wait too long to air the next seasons!

Potential
17 April 2023
Warning: Spoilers
Just as I think this is going to be a great series, the writers, true to form, underestimate the intelligence of its viewers.

Episode 9 is enough to get me to stop watching this series. You could've at least change it a bit from the Korean series you are copying.

With Arda being arrested...it would be soooooo easy to let Zafer fall. With Senem going to testify what this is all about and Erhan giving the recording of Zafer's confession, all this would be over. But I get, the writers didn't have a more intelligent plot and need the story to continue. So Senem will fall for Zafer's blackmail...sigh. Always giving the bad guys the brains and making the good guys stupid beyond redemption (always protecting the bad guys) is so off-putting.

Please writers, stop underestimating our intelligence! It's infuriating.

This series have great casting, excellent actors who act brilliantly (apart form the German partner who is waaaay over the top with his flirting and not real competition for Erhan. It would be much more intresting if he was real competition) & good directing. The writers shouldn't fail this series. Come on now!

Oh my word!
19 March 2023
Season 2: Oh my word, what have the writers done to Devin? She is completely mental. She wants to divorce because she loves too much...huh? Then she blames Aslan for her life being in chaos but she creates all the chaos. Aslan really needs to see a psychologist because he clings to a woman who has tried everything to get away from him instead of just being honest. She is beyond immature. How can a psychologist not realise that a healthy relationship is built on honesty? Like she is the first & only woman not being able to have children. She rejoices in hurting Aslan...he doesn't realise it yet, but he is married to his mother. The beginning of this season is utter frustration. Just get Aslan a woman that will appreciate him and actually fight for their relationship, if it's not going to be Devin. It will bring much excitement if there is some competition for Devin. And she has to fight for Aslan for a change. It's still a 10/10 series. They all are just brilliant!

Season 1 They couldn't have chosen two better main characters! Kivanc Tatlitug, Serenay Sarikaya are both actors with so much depth and intensity. They both just have the IT-factor and have so much onscreen chemistry. They both, but especially Kivanc, can make a bad script with a bad director (not saying this is, on the contrary) look amazing as he is just in a class of his own.

I'm so excited to see how these two people, both broken and hurt from dysfunctional families overcome their own insecurities and fears and let love win.

I have a suspicion, Aslan's brother is going to hone in on Devin, as is Aslan's mother. Devin's cruel dad is astonishingly wicked for speaking so many curses over his own daughters...I wish I could have a sit down with him!

This series is going to be good!

Poor script combined with poor producing
16 March 2023
Edit: Oh come on writers. I know you want to stretch the series to 250 episodes but it's becoming too much now. By doing so you are portraying Baran as an emotionally immature person with no courage and with the Emotional Intelligence of a 3yr old. He is too scared to loudly express his feelings and hope Dilan can read his mind. And it's still the same patterns over and over again. We're at episode 123 and NOTHING has changed. Really? The side stories are not worth any time...fortunately can be skipped. Takes me 10min to watch an episode. If I wasn't a person who needs closure I would've stopped at episode 10 already. How on earth does this series have these high ratings while good series are cancelled? Are people braindead?

A very badly written and directed series. It could've been good if not for these factors. 55 episodes with the same dialogue over and over and over. Each episode follows the same pattern. The writers were lazy.

There are waaay too many silent pauses focusing on the staring and facial expressions which actually just causes uncomfortable moments. The series would shorten by half if all those overused pauses were cut. I think they tried to bring in the hidden feelings of the main characters but failed to realize that there are other ways to accentuate that...other than silent staring. And please just stop with Dilan falling over. Has she never learned how to walk? Stop overusing these stupid cliches. First, constant bumping, then constant falling over...and throughout, the looooong staring. Don't you think it's time for another kidnapping again? Lol

The same cycle happens in each episode...something happens due to the jealous woman (she is so bad I can't even remember her name) that gossips to the grandmother (that looks and sounds like a man), then Baran gets angry with Dilan, then the grandmother is violent & abusive towards Dilan, then Baran threatens his grandmother but never follows through.

Because of the poor dialogue, Baran is as powerful a leader as a mosquito in a tornado...he is not aware of anything happening around him in his business or house, empty threats when he finds out and stands with his mouth full of teeth and no words when everyone verbally abuses him, powerless to act when his own employees rather listens to the grandmother and completely defies him. He only has power when the grandmother allows him...lol. It's not the actors' fault, it is really bad script and bad directing.

I'm only continuing to watch because I want to see how a woman can fall in love with a person that has been so abusive towards her (any person for that matter). If you can treat any human being this bad, you lack humanity...period.

Some weird ideas in these series with abuse being glorified. These series gives the impression that Turkish people are extremely selfish, hateful, vengeful, inhospitable, cruel, rude and violent with the opposite cowardly, weak, protecting the wicked by not saying anything...and that's describing the "good" people. Why would writers do that?

Very good series
30 December 2022
It's a very well thought out story and the writers are brilliant. I'm glad I'm late watching this series because now I can binge-watch it instead of waiting for the next episodes to air.

This has been a edge-of-the-chair experience from episode 1 to 50. One of the best and well though out series. Well done writers and director/s.

The way the series has progressed, packed full of intrigue and surprises, heart-ache & love. The character development was so interesting and one truly got drawn into the series.

I think it's stupid that reviews have to be 600 characters long as I've said what I wanted to and it's still not enough.

Golden Boy (2022– )

Based on true events. Shocking!
1 November 2022
Warning: Spoilers
Edit: Wow, did this series surprise! It was beyond irritating in the beginning but as it evolved and the characters grew and changed, it became one of the best series so far. Even Ferrit, whom I despised in the beginning, I now love. I feel for the family having gone through so much intrigue with so many enemies. Many made from their own doing but nonetheless. Now can't wait for every week's episode.

This is base on true events, so it's not the writers thinking up sick people, there really were these sick people. The adults are all insane and the children suffer because they are used as puppets...one wants money, the others have a feud. They are beyond sick and demented. They have destroyed their own children's lives. Fuat died because of the evil adults. And then they have the audacity to blame the children who are the victims. Narcissists they are, from the old aunt of Suna & Seyran to Ferit's evil, wicked grandfather who should've died from that heart attack to give his family a chance at a happy life. Evil monster.

Ferit has many personalities and it flips between bad boy, good boy, jerk, hero...very confusing. It seems he his maturing as the show progresses and he is realising his mistakes and wants to change, but the crazy women around him won't allow him...from Ifakat, to Pelin, to Pelin's mother, Sultan and Seyran. The sins of his past keeps haunting him.

Seyran also flips between wise girl, very immature, utterly confused, then levelheaded. She doesn't want Ferit, yet she is in love with him. Her pride and un-forgiveness is the reason her marriage is breaking up and also the reason her wack-job of a father wants to sell her to what seems like a man who will physically abuse her. She doesn't want that but also won't hold onto Ferit (whom she loves) who is seemingly her only option out. She is very immature and stupid in this regard.

Seyrran and Suna can do something but choose to stay victims. Episode 29...at this point Seyran and Suna deserve everything that will happen to them from this point onwards. Suna could say no. So weird...they ask if the person gets married by force. If they only look at their faces, they would get the answer. But no...keep burying their head in the sand.

Even though so many topics in this series are very infuriating, it still is a gripping series and the actors are doing a brilliant job at portraying these characters.

Edit: Episode 51 WOW!! I got angry with Seyran because she really doesn't see how hard Ferit tries for their relationship. Yes, he made mistakes, but he's also surrounded by people who plays with him like a toy, manipulating him. He really did change and became an upstanding man. But on the other hand she is also correct in feeling the way she does. And very courageous for saying the things she did. The last scene was superb! I think I stopped breathing.

Watching for the main characters only
25 October 2022
Warning: Spoilers
Only at episode 3 and I'm so angry at this series. What sick culture to force a girl to marry her rapist...to be raped over and over again! And she still hugs them! Her family could see he doesn't respect or care for her, yet they still forced her because what people say are more important than the feelings of their own family member. They didn't even give her a chance to explain to them. Seems like it is the girl's fault if a man is a bastard. And the way all the men treat the women had the steam coming out my ears! And the women have so little value in their own eyes (mothers giving that message to their daughters...women are lower than pond-scum and your feelings don't matter). They degrade themselves, apologising for the mistakes men make as though they, the women made it...geez. A guy loses his sht and hammers on a door of the woman he claims to love (love doesn't look like that) and the father wants to marry his daughter off to that maniac because he is afraid of what people will think!!! That maniac will eat his teeth and never be able to speak to my daughter again, not even allowed to look in her direction. This culture is insane.

Only 1 female can do what she wants...Pelin.

Excellent series
21 October 2022
Warning: Spoilers
Edit: Ok, now with episode 23 my rating dropped 5 stars. Reason...to the writers, please don't underestimate the intelligence of viewers. With the evidence of the killing of Umut's brother, the people on the ship, and the torture of Ayshe and Demir gets released? This defies logic. I get you want and need to get the drama going but please keep it anchored in reality. No way in real life, with all this evidence, will they release someone. No explanation is given as to why. And now you're going to get Umut to kill Demir and he end up in jail? Or what? I think I'll just stop watching now.

Oh my goodness this is going to be such a good series. I hope the writers don't disappoint and take this series in a weird direction with the main characters dying or ending it at episode 6 like so often happens with the best series in Turkey. While the brainless/irritating series carries on for 150 episodes.

I love Akin Akinözü and Bensu Soral and think they have such good chemistry. Akin is such a brilliant actor and it seems like this series is going to put that on good display.

I'm impressed with the casting and the directing. Storyline is interesting and has a lot of potential.

Can't wait for the next episode! And it's just getting better and better. Please continue this way.

Like this series very much
26 July 2022
I'm so surprised about other reviews.

I find this series so good. It is a breath of fresh air to not have to deal with guns, murder, crazy over-acting, screaming and crying at a grave and wife beatings, even though we're still dealing with a self-righteous narcissist, who wants to destroy his ex wife. What I don't understand is why Zeynep's sister lawyer can't argue that, just like stupid ex husband can have a relationship, so can Zeynep. In what world is it allowed for only the man to continue his life after a divorce but not for the woman? She's not a very good lawyer...no, she is the worst lawyer, giving the ex husband her sister's whole case. How stupid! Zeynep would be better off without any lawyer than having her sister as a lawyer. Granted I'm only up to episode 9, but I like this series.

I quite like Alperen Duymaz's character...successful, calm, reasonable man. He always does it for me...he shines in every role!

I also quite like Büsra Develi. She is very likeable and a good match with Alperen. Of course it depends on the writers on how the story develops or stagnates..... Judging by other comments, it seems that the problem might be with the writers yet again. The acting is superb. I hope I don't get disappointed in later episodes.

I have a problem with Turkish viewers who always want the over-acting, crazy drama or the ridiculously stupid. Unfortunately they are the ones who always get good series cancelled.

Not worth watching
10 June 2022
Why do all these female characters act so childish? You can fight without slapping a man or throwing coffee on him. So immature. And a Dr belittling colleagues in front of patients...barging into an office while a patient is undressed or getting treatment... This whole show just screams tacky. But this is the type of show that will be popular in Turkey and continue for 100+ episodes...to entertain the brainless.

Female characters are either so timid and submissive or completely over the top rude and obnoxious like in this series. And this female lead actress is in every 2nd show lately...clearly popular in Turkey now. All her roles are the same however, that makes you wonder if she's acting or just being herself.

Then actresses who actually have a lot to offer...their shows get cancelled for nothing.

Exciting series with so much potential. Cancelled!!!!!!!
3 June 2022
I'm never watching another Turkish series again!!

This series had so much potential and I couldn't wait for the next episode to air, just for it to be cancelled! Yet, stupid, brainless series continue for more than 100 episodes. The chemistry between the 2 main characters was sooo good and I was looking forward to see the progression.

Why can't you just at least finish one season and decide whether to continue a next season. Turkey is now known for the tv industry with the most unfinished projects I'm sure. I'm so annoyed, will not watch another Turkish show again. Cancelling all my subscriptions.

I laughed so hard and cried even harder.

What a brilliant, thought provoking movie! With excellent actors, excellent directing. It takes you into the world of a soldier...the trauma they have to deal with when returning from war, having lived through the most horrific moments, unimaginable.

This movie leaves you with deep thought and appreciation for what soldiers sacrifice. As well as their loved ones.

That boat scene at the end...wow.

Love this show
5 May 2022
Even though I'm late to watch this show, got to say I loved it.

Kaan Irevül (litttle Osman) has got to be the cutest little actor in a show! He is unbelievably natural and talented. One would never say he is acting. And those looks he gives...amazing understanding of a role. I've never seen it in a child this small and Turkey does have excellent child actors. I bet he has a huge future in acting if he chooses to pursue it.

And of course anything Murat Yildirim (Kartal) stars in is excellent...he makes it believable and strong because he is such a great actor.

Too over the top
8 April 2022
This series is too over the top to be realistic...like a highschool drama for teenagers. Maybe there are such insane people but to have so many stupid/also insane people surrounding this insane person and not knowing what to do, is just not realistic. Episode 2 and I'm already bored. Elif is just too much too. One thing to help, another thing to create chaos wherever you go. Not necessary. I like no character in this series, apart from Emir and the little brother. Only watch if you feel like exploding with frustration at the sheer stupidity.

Boring
27 March 2022
Oh no, what a boring story. There is really no intrigue and it's such a slow moving story that I keep falling asleep. And then most of the story happens in slow motion too...as if it's not slow enough already. And the acting...it's definitely the director's or screenwriters' fault as the two main characters are good but not so much in this series. I haven't read the book it's based on but I have no interest in doing so either.

Interesting story line...rating changed from 9 to a 4 due to ending.

Initially the story started slow but somehow I couldn't stop watching. As the show progressed it became more and more interesting. There was a time where I thought the progression was too slow, but it has now changed.

One's emotions fluctuate with this story, from liking someone to hating the same person to liking them again etc. Actually very good depiction of the fact that people have flaws and faults and how they ultimately react and change is a reflection on their real character.

Helen for instance I liked in the beginning and felt sorry for her. But as things came to light and seeing her mean-spirited behaviour and real character, made her extremely dislikable. Cemal, whom I disliked, became much loved.

In the beginning of the series I thought it doesn't make good use of Akin Akinözü's talent but it is slowly changing. I hope the series continues a bit longer and that the ratings pick up. There's more to explore here.

And then the writers didn't surprise with the ending...true to Turkish melancholy, it ends bad. Why don't you give viewers an escape form reality? Would it kill Turkish writers to satisfy viewers with a happy ending?

Think this might have been my last Turkish series I've watched. I watch movies and series to escape reality a bit...wanting a feel good ending...no such luck with turkish series. Therefore my rating changes from a 9 to a 4.

Baba (2022)
2/10
Theme: Bad people are smart, good people are incredibly stupid.

Up to Season 2 episode 24: Bad people ALWAYS win in this series. I seriously question the character and morals of the writers and director of this series. It's seriously not normal. How many men are working there and how few are the controllers/abusers...they can easily be overpowered, locked up so no one will ever find them. Why are they so spineless?

Old review: This series looks promising. Everything Tolga Saritas stars in is good...he makes everything good...such a brilliant, soulful actor. I just wish they starred Özge Yagiz (Busra) as his love interest and not Beril Pozam (Sevil). Kadir and Busra has a lot of chemistry and it would be more credible. They don't fit as bother and sister. Beril is an excellent actress but doesn't have chemistry with Tolga. Anyhow, I'm looking forward to the development of this story. Hakan Kurtas (Ilhan) always plays the vilain very well.

Episode 5 and the series is already starting to lose credibility..."everyone is bad" and trying to distort the now rich family. It's a bit too much.

Episode 10/11 The explosion....now all seriousness /credibility is gone. Clearly the creators of this series didn't do their research on the devastation an explosion leaves. Fortunately the paramedics didn't have to struggle with the dead, torn off limbs, blood and embedded shrapnel as the most seriously injured in this explosion is Elif with a cut brow...lol. The guy in the middle of the explosion actually got up and walked out with Kadir, no blood just dust on his face...seriously? Were you just lazy or didn't have a make-up artist to recreate injuries? At least don't let everyone run out of the building uninjured. I was really hopeful for this series.... I'll keep watching just because of Tolga Saritas and Hakan Kurtas.

Must be honest, I was looking forward to season 2...what a disappointment. Episode after episode about an old man with Alzheimers running away and Busra and Ilhan having the same conversation over and over. There is no meat to the story...them trying to win back their business for instance. Just loss after loss after loss. No wins for this, beyond miserable family. Now I'm done watching. You've wasted Tolga's talent in this stupid series that actually had so much potential to be very interesting if the writers just stuck to the storyline in season 1. They have clearly run out of ideas.
