I like Allison Sweeney and she was the best part of this movie for me. The story was slow and did not have much plot. Some scenes were unbelievable such as Sweeney sitting up all night to bang on the pipes in the basement.

A couple of reviewers said this movie was like "Let It Snow" from 2013 but I disagree. The basic premise was similar but the big difference was in this movie she did not want to sell and in "Let it Snow" they did want to sell. Also, "Let It Snow" was such a better movie with more story and superb acting.

This was enjoyable for one viewing but I won't likely watch it again.

This movie was so enjoyable and the cast was very believable. I felt I was at Snow Valley too. Stephanie and Brady (Cameron Bure and Hutch) are both great actors and worked well together. I appreciated Stephanie's humorous antics and the variety of activities both indoors and out for them and the other guests.

It was refreshing to not have serious conflict between the two of them. Instead, they both faced a similar and more realistic difficulty with their dads' expectations. They kissed before the very end of the movie which I liked and Brady supported Stephanie when she approached her dad near the end of the movie so they were working together as a couple. Quite nice to see.

I got so involved in the movie that I when it was over, I had forgotten the "real world" which showed me I really loved this movie.

Even the title didn't suit this movie. When the woman was selling her house and investors were in town, I expected there to be a connection to a new development and bringing candy cane lane back. But no. Candy cane lane ended up as something that could never have been made and kept a secret from Phoebe. You have stretched beyond a limit of belief here.

The writing and storyline were weak. There was a big deal about meeting investors but the investors weren't part of the story or plot. There was the nice young woman that served Eric coffee every day and knew his order. The she disappeared, we never saw her again! The woman at the beginning that was selling her house was irrelevant to the story - a lot of loose ends to this movie.

This was a slow moving romance. How long can it take for two people to admit they like each other?

I enjoyed this movie in 2019 and again in 2020. The movie has a story about the history of the Plaza and relationships. The cast is believable in their roles and they all do a remarkable job in telling the story. I liked the costumes, the settings, the characters. Well done.

The only thing I didn't like was the ending. I wanted more romance. Jessica and Nick should have had a romantic dance at the Plaza on Christmas Eve and then I would like to have had a scene the next day with Jessica enjoying Christmas with Nick and his family.

Hallmark movies are not usually funny but I found Holiday Date full of funny lines and situations. Both the lead actors were so good and worked well together. The whole cast was great and made the movie so believable.

I enjoyed the movie so much I didn't want to stop for a break which is usually no problem for me with these movies.

I hope to see Brittany Bristow as a lead again. There was a great Christmas feel and the Hanukkah was a nice addition. Well done.

This movie had a good story but it just didn't come across well. The beginning was slow and I almost turned it off. However I did continue and it did get better. However Max and Jess had known each other for two years, so the idea that they knew nothing about each other and changed from what seemed like complete strangers to working together cooperatively seems improbable, at best. How did Max change so fast from being out on the ski slopes and away from the business to a caring adult with donations to the community? And no one knew? This is hard to swallow.

The children were far too well behaved especially since they had lost their parents, been shipped around the world and were heading to boarding school. Would there not be a bit of acting out? Of course, there should have been.

Jess's dress that she wore to the party looked terrible. The turquoise colour did not suit her and the dress didn't seem to fit her properly. What happened to the costume designer?

The children received sweaters as present right off the plane which seemed odd and even odder when they looked and handed them back. Then, lo and behold, the sweaters showed up at the end of the movie. Really? That didn't fit the ending for me at all.

I enjoyed this movie from first to last. The whole cast seemed like the real deal. The singing and the story evolved naturally and I went along for the ride. Katherine wore beautiful dresses, she is so stylish. A wonderful movie.

This was a wonderful movie. I liked the setting in Vienna that showed beautiful buildings. It wasn't the usual making snowmen and cutting a tree that are in so many Hallmark movies. The cast was very believable and the leads were great. I enjoyed the secondary romance as well. A great movie from first to last.

The story line was different from most Hallmark movies which was refreshing. The lead actors were sincere and the whole cast was believable. The plot carried the movie right through to the end. Well done.
