Uspjeh (2019)
Gritty drama that'll have you on the edge of your seat,
Wow, loved this, hooked from the first episode. Great acting and a feasible storyline, abet scary in the sense that corruption can have so much power, at the level it came from. Tried to second guess the outcome a few times but failed- but the ending was neatly, and poetically done without appearing clichéd or tired.
Could the four have further adventures? I really hope so!
We Hunt Together (2020)
What did he say?
Am enjoying this so far, but can anyone tell me what Simon says, episode 1, at 28:10, have replayed it far too many times and all I get is 'my o's are only little lady, both of them' Thanks.
The Little Things (2021)
Great cast
But that's two hours I'll never get back. How many corrupt cops in this- all of them, and no serial killer to boot. Nothing else to say because nothing happened.
Der Usedom-Krimi (2014)
Lost me at S2, E2.
Der Usedom-krimi was filmed over 6 years, and had 13 episodes, which may explain why I felt as though I had 'missed something', whilst watching the first instalment channel 4 aired, continuity, was at times, confusing; the Thiels moving, Karin's hair, and the season changes all started to niggle away, until season 2, ep2 iced the cake. With no reference to the events from s2, ep1, I may as well have not seen a single episode prior. All were going about their business as if nothing had happened, and this, sadly, meant the end of the show for me, if the writers didn't care, why should I?
The Chaperone (2018)
The clue is in the title
That said, there is so much more background on louise that I was half way through before I realised that this wasn't a journey of her discovery, but a sub story of the chaperone- did she even do that- which flicked from one cliche to another, and to rub salt in, the final credits, which included homage to louise, who by then was..forgotten.
