This movie is fantastic! Between both Jake & Elwood being wanted by the police, then the band they impersonated, a group of neo-nazis, and Carrie Fischer (who was supposed to marry Jake - but he bailed out) - henceforth the mass destruction she caused. And to top it off, getting the money raised to keep the orphanage going. Absolutely great picture from start to finish, and I'll watch it again and again. And if I'm correct, it set the world record for most vehicles destroyed in a single picture.

I have been an avid chipmunk fan since the late 70's - early 80's. When this movie came out, it was a must to see it. And after seeing it, I went right over and bought it! The movie is great, I love the animated action it brings, and the music is great (yes, I bought the soundtrack on CD...) A recommended video for everyone to watch and enjoy!

I have watched this movie so many times, I still watch it to this day. The character impersonations are great, and the athletes are a real trip, too. And for 1979, the animators did a great job with the movie! Definitely a recommended movie for all young and old!
