"Fighter" dives headfirst into the action-packed world of the Indian Air Force, drawing inspiration from real-life events like the 2019 Pulwama attack and the subsequent Balakot air strike. Hrithik Roshan's chiseled abs were a feast to the eye and Deepika Padukone's undeniable charisma lit up the screen, but the film's love story feels forced and unnecessary, dragging down the otherwise thrilling narrative.

The romance stuff was so extra and unnecessary. It's a bit like trying to fit a square peg in a round hole. The chemistry between Hrithik and Deepika feels forced, and some of their lovey-dovey lines had me cringing harder than watching a horror movie alone at midnight. And, let's be real here - Anil Kapoor playing Deepika's brother? Dude looks like he should be her dad!

But the villain, he was SO HOT, no doubt about it. He is different from your average Bollywood villain. But, seriously, how many lives does this dude have? They tossed a grenade at him, and he walked out with a gun and a only a few scratches on his face. It's like watching a cat with nine lives.

However, the seamless CGI and gripping background music elevated the viewing experience, making up for some of the film's shortcomings.

Safe to say that this wasn't Siddharth Anand's best movie.

Tapsee Pannu did well playing young Manu Randhawan in the movie, but when the story jumped 25 years ahead, her acting as an older person didn't quite hit the mark. It was hard to believe Tapsee Pannu was genuinely an elderly character, and this affected the overall impact of the film. Even in a scene meant to be emotional, like her character's death, I couldn't help but be disappointed at Tapsee Pannu's acting instead of getting sentimental. Her acting skills while portraying elderly Manu Randhawan held the movie back from being as emotionally impactful as it could have been.

Despite Tapsee Pannu facing some acting hurdles, there's a lot to love about the movie. The storytelling kept me hooked, and the songs makes you heart go lutt putt. Shah Rukh Khan nailed his character (as always) with his top-notch acting. And even though Vicky Kaushal doesn't have a lot of screentime, he sure knows how to tug at your heartstrings-I mean, he got me crying! Oh, and can we talk about those action scenes? Loved them! The underwater scene, the scene in the deserts of Iran, each one of them were splendid.

If you loved Dear My Friends (2016), you're gonna love this one. It's good to see a male ballet dancer being the protagonist for a change. I had to present a project on Alzheimer's disease and it's genetic component last year. I instinctively studied Alzheimer's and made a cool project. I even discussed Alzheimer's with my assessor quite matter-of-factly. I actually looked up some case studies on Alzheimer's and dementia but I had never felt what an Alzheimer's patient probably feels, so closely. It must be heart-wrenching.

How can you cancel show after Bright stabbed Martin? This is one of my favourite shows, the crime scenes are perfectly arranged, it's creative and mind-blowing. I need season 3.

I always knew that William Parcher wasn't real. But to know that Charles wasn't real? It really upset me. Charles was such a sweetheart. He was the only thing that kept John sane during his years in Princeton.

I'm an ARMY, but I watched this drama because of Park Seo Joon. It was SO FREAKING GOOD. I bawled my eyes out when Han sung died. I kept telling myself that Kim Taehyung is alive, it's just a drama, but I couldn't stop crying. Now that I'm writing it, it's kinda embarrassing.

The portrayal of OCD was again inaccurate. Love doesn't fix mental illnesses, it doesn't fix anything. K-drama need to acknowledge that. Also Bacteria present = 0%? That's just ridiculously anti-science.
