Very bad

This movie was a waste of my time. Unless I wanted to character study everyone. Sit close to the TV and analyze all characters. Not even the the thinking man/woman's movie. Also not a movie you can just enjoy with a bottle of wine with friends. It was boring and more boring because they thought they could make A vintage movie with a today plot. You will not understand any of it. I wanted just a movie that Could entertain. I needed a degree to work it out. Btw I love the way she had the time to braid her hair in the last scenes. Yes, that's what you should spend 7 hours doing. Was surprised so many major actors dropped in. However they Said they trusted the director blindly. Great fight scenes, nice the director only uses natural light. But the story was lost in translation. I think they were going for " Mr and Mrs smith" with overtones mission impossible with the horrid score. BUT IT DOESN'T WORK. Soooooooo boring and a waste of talent. Only watch if you want to analyze it in your depression. Very very very very boring

Bad bad bad. Just awful.

This movie is terrible. Don't waste your time. May have worked as a short movie. However it's tacky and confusing despite the cheap budget. I like horror/thriller but this is a waste of time. Don't bother. I have to leave ten lines about this movie. It is is just drugged up stupor. I would have turned it off but needed, or hoped it got better. But it didn't. The ending was OK. But still left wondering " what on earth just happened?" How anyone could like this is beyond me. It's just a bad production and bad photography and confusing most of the time because of the drug induced coma it is in. I hired it because of the cover art which is great, even the sleeve was written very well. Leaving ten lines about this mess is very hard indeed.

A little gem. A very good thriller / horror

I found this movie to be very entertaining. I got it through amazon delivered to oz. Picture and sound quality excellent. I nearly didn't buy it because of the reviews. I'm glad I didn't take notice. It was in tradition of the gritty chainsaw massacre genre. It has a place only shelf in my horror library. The scene where the first girl is placed into the box is done extremely well without speaking just with music showed their desperateness and despair. I did believe and care for the characters. I also sat on the edge of my seat. A very excellent entertaining horror movie. Granted the first five minutes had me worried. But it really does take off.

Loved this movie

I loved this film growing up.

I have even become a flight attendant because of this film and the movie Survive ( the Rene Cardeno Jr version).

I could pick this movie to bits. However I will not as it is there for pure entertainment and entertain it does.

I have always wondered if there was a longer version though. As a child i remember it being shown over two nights the same with earthquake. If anyone can help with this and verify if there is a longer version let us know. If you want some disaster fun this is it. A plane crashes into the sea and survivor's must fight for their lives. Some may make it and some may not. Oliva DE Havilland does look out of place in this movie I think this is because she was a great star and a disaster movie just did not seem to be a role she would do. the same with Gloria Swanson who also ended up in a disaster movie. But we all must eat.

Lee Grant steals the show this could be debatable but I believe she does as a booze drinking socialite.
