If you paid a penny for this...you paid too much
31 October 2021
Just awful!!! Makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. Everything was a complete mess and didn't even make a story. They couldn't even put in some female nudity..not that it would have helped much. Don't waste your time with this junk!

I shelled out 20 bucks for this crap and have been kicking myself ever since. They need to play me 20 plus Dr bills.

A very creepy film that turns into a Twilight Zone episode
1 June 2020
Four high school teenager decide on Halloween to look for a haunted house that's only a legend...and find it! The deal is you make it through all five levels and get your money back. Well that's obviously not gonna happen. When they get to a certain level it becomes something that can't be explained... and the fun begins. Not a gory flick, and didn't need to be one. I thought all the acting was pretty darn good. Never heard of any of them which made it even better. I thought the actress Anne Leighton was very pretty, but maybe a little to old looking to pass as a high school kid. My only complaint with the film is it's too short. Would have liked another 15 minutes or so.

A good October movie for sure!

Never watch again list
5 September 2019
Saw it once and that's about all I needed for the next 10,000 years. Really really bad. Maybe if it had some female nudity it would be worth the one star I had to give it. Think I paid about 8 bucks for this which was probably the same amount of money needed for the movies budget. I could have acted better than the people in the film! Just awful.

So if you see this dvd at the store do yourself a favor and keep on walking. Do the world a favor and destroy it!

Not the terrible movie most have labeled it as..
16 May 2019
This movie is not as bad as most are saying. For a B slasher on a low budget it has a good story, decent acting and fun characters. Is it Oscar worthy? Of course not...and was not meant to be. Sure there are a few parts I think could have been done better, but all in all a fun Halloween horror flick. And trust me, you will be reminded of the holiday throughout the film. All the slasher elements are here my friends. Hot chicks, idiot guys, nerdy dudes, crazy old man, cool punk band, drinking games, a little romance, and of course a masked killer. Oh, and there are literately hundreds of pumpkins everywhere. It should get all viewers into the Halloween spirit as it does me. More than worth your time. (:

basically Happy Days for kids
16 February 2009
Fonzie, Richie, Ralph, Mr Cool (Fonzie's dog) and a girl from the future named Cupcake, get lost in her time machine. The show is all about them trying to get back to 1957 Milwaukee. Every episode has the group landing at some different period in time and meeting a girl that needs their help. They also find lots of trouble as the adventure begins. Fonzie is the hero (naturally) of the show and all the rest act just scared and stupid. Cupcake has magic powers which never work out they way she, or the others, wants. Mr Cool is much like a Scooby Doo kind of a character that tries to copy Fonzie with not so good results.

This series has been unfairly called one of the worst, if not the worst, cartoons of all time. This is totally wrong. It was a LOT of fun. I watched it on regular basis when it came out in the fall of 1980 and it became one of my favorite Saturday morning shows. Finally there was a Happy Days just for kids! Yes it could be very stupid, but cartoons like this are meant to be stupid in order to be fun. It was not only entertaining in a humorous way but also gave a small lesson in history for the young ones. Note I said small. And seriously, what kid doesn't find time travel interesting? I sure did.

It needs to be remembered that this was a show for kids. I think the new generation could enjoy it as much as I did.

The Legend of Sleepy Hollow (1980 TV Movie)

A wonderful flavor of colonial times
10 October 2007
I've loved this movie since its first airing back in 1980. Actually I only caught the ending that night because of being out late trick or treating..lol. Great cast, especially Jeff Goldblum and Dick Butkus. For a lot of the movie you get so wrapped up in the characters that you almost forget about the real headless horseman. There's just something very nostalgic about this film. The clothing, the log cabins, the small community, the nice manners, the ghost tales, the hospitality, the music, the location..so much to enjoy! The story is a little modified from the original but that's okay, it still works very well. I don't think much of it was filmed in a studio which gave it that more realistic feel. Just a wonderful film from beginning to exciting end.

Yes a DVD release would be very nice.

The King of Queens (1998–2007)

Funny Funny Funny Show!!!!!!!
9 November 2006
In a time of bad, if not plain awful, comedies, King of Queens is more than just a breath of fresh air, it's a complete oxygen tank! It is in my opinion one of the 5 best comedy shows of all times. Nothing has been this good since Married with Children. Kevin James and Jerry Stiller are comic geniuses! And believe me, it takes a lot to make me label someone as comic genius. These guys truly understand what is funny. I could watch ten episodes of Seinfeld and wouldn't get half the laughs from seeing KOQ just once. Other funny people in this show are Carrie, Janet Heffernan, Spence and Doug Pruzan (Carrie's boss). I'm so happy they managed to get so many seasons from this gem. The show has been a hilarious winner in a time of mostly comic losers. Check it out if you haven't!!

A classic because of Jack Palance
17 September 2001
This movie is not exactly great, but it is probably my personal favorite. And it's all because of Jack Palance's performance as Attila the Hun. I just love Jack Palance. He is one of Hollywoods first real tough guys. Before Stallone and Van Damme, there was Palance. It is sad that his early films have been sort of forgotten. They were classics. And "Sign of the Pagan" was one of his finests acting jobs. He played the part like he was born for it. All the other characters in the film were far less colorful. He stole the show! The story of the movie is definitely more Hollywood then history. And the real Attila the Hun was a dwarf. But that's okay, it still is most enjoyable. I've watched it maybe about 100 times. I don't think most people will want to do that. However, the princess is a mighty hot looking babe with a fine body. She could dance for me anytime. Attlia gets to kiss her too. Lucky Guy!
