The little details make it special
The story isn't particularly innovative or special; It's your average person x dog bonding feel good movie - but what sets it apart are the details.
The colors the dog sees are actually scientifically accurate - Yellow and blue! Instead of the typical black and white world shown in other movies .
Best of all is how the main character is unique.
Aside from dyslexia it is briefly mentioned that the character has hyperactivity , and as someone with ADHD, it was really refreshing to see a character living with hyperactivity without the story solely focusing on that aspect.
These details make the movie special, in my opinion, and I'm not sure other movies would put in that much effort to make that small difference.
Scams (2019)
Underrated
I personally think this show deserves a lot more attention and praise than it got. This ended up being my favorite series since the moment I watched the first episode.
It's great at pulling the viewer into the story which ends up becoming a character study. The characters are realistic and flawed, which made me like them a lot.
The main characters are realistically unpleasant people, and I think that creates a nice contrast, as opposed to other series where there's always a forced happiness looming over them.
The comedy value of this show was pretty great and it wasn't too dark, although at times you could definitely get nervous and sad at the characters' actions.
Overall, I loved it enough to rewatch it multiple times.
