"Scream (2022)" is a fun movie and one of the best - if not the best - movie requels.

The film itself is very fun and honorable to the original franchise, this due to the self references to the franchise, metalanguages, jokes to itself, its well-done slasher scenes and, of course, its photography. We noticed this already in the opening, which encourages us to continue watching. This is really undeniable. The problem is in the acting and, a little, in the script. Regarding the performances, the protagonist, a good part of the group of friends, and the remaining cast, do not convey charisma, any feeling of affection or good interpretations of the characters. The only exception is, of course, Richie (played by Jack Quaid) and Dewey (played by David Arquette), who lavish charisma and act very well. As for the script, it is good and well translated for the new generation, but there are unnecessary points, such as the story of the protagonist's father, motivation of the assassins, unnecessary lines and Sidney and Gale, which were just thrown into the film.

In short, it's a fun movie that honors the original franchise. It is certainly an excellent film for fans and acceptable to the general public, although its flaws weigh heavily.

"Batman: The Dark Knight" is an excellent and brilliant film. Its extraordinary script, its excellent cinematography and its captivating and intelligent story prove it.

In the film, nothing is placed idly and worked idly. Its biggest highlight, for sure, are the amazing characters! Heath Ledger as the Joker - may he rest in peace - is the film's strongest point and, right after that, we have Aaron Eckhart as Two-Face. Also, as mentioned before, its script, story and cinematography are spectacular. A simple example of how good the movie is is that, by many, it is considered one of the best - if not the best - superhero movies. But still, there are its flaws.

Although perfect in almost every way, the film has slight negatives, such as the fight scenes and Christian Bale's forced voice. Most likely, there will be no negative changes in your experience, but these are points that, when analyzed better, are a little uncomfortable.

It is impossible to convey my experience when watching the film. The only way, really, is for YOU, the reader, to go and see this magnificent work. With or without a critical eye, it is a masterpiece to be appreciated.

"Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City" is a good movie in the first 8-11 minutes, where it manages to build up a good and admirable tension, while the rest is flawed, like the acting, some makeup, some characters, special effects and many other things. . At first, the film starts well, in its technical and visual parts, but quickly declines. The decadence begins with bad performances and characters with very strong and artificial personalities, such as Claire (Kaya Scodelario) and Trucker (Pat Thornton). The decline continues in the visual parts, which, while initially good, decay in the blink of an eye. An example is makeup, which is negatively and gradually transformed. The CGI is terrible from start to finish. Still, what makes the movie difficult to watch is the story, which seems to not know what to do and focus on, and its infidelity to the horror and personality of the game's characters.

To sum up, the film, in addition to not translating the horror of the games and the characteristics of the characters into the cinema, completely fails in its general construction and delivers an unpleasant experience to the viewer.

*A recommendation before watching: try to watch with the original audio, because in most dubs, unfortunately, the sound of suspense and scares ends up being negatively modified.*

Sinister (2012) tells the story of a failed true crime writer who plans to succeed again. To delve deeper into his story, he moves into a house where a brutal crime has taken place. From there, strange things start to happen.

The movie is more or less. It focuses entirely on suspense and investigation and, luckily, builds very well. Both the atmosphere presented and the protagonist and his investigations (played by Ethan Hawke) create an admirable, albeit prolonged, suspense. Due to this, the spectator presents, with time, more fear and tension, always expecting a simple scare or jumpscare. Unfortunately, the film's problem is mainly the scares, which are poorly done, due to the makeup/design and exaggerated sounds. This ends up causing the suspenseful atmosphere, built for more than 1 hour, to end up breaking and spoiling the movie.

In conclusion, I'll summarize: the film is, in part, good. The problems are her scares, design and makeup. A good example of this is the entity itself, initially called Mr. Boogie, whose appearance is gross in terms of fear and its design is terrible.
