It is fantastic movie, forget the performances of all whether they are good or bad.. movie ends with great message with style and fun... It should be seen with no brains from beginning but brain will be invoked by the end automatically and u will get the message right with lots of fun.. great movie by rohit shetty. it is the best so far from him. All characters are playing as usual but the storyline and end output is superb and one shud give full marks to Rohit shetty and direction and story writers.. It is best movie of 2012 with lots of fun.. after long time it was movie from bollywood that delivered with fun and hit on the target..well done..

Subhash ghai and AR rehmaan are the real hero of this movie.. all others are just pawns. My belief is getting stronger that it is Director who is hero of any gr8 movie and not good looking faces with XYZ names and brand.. look at any movie DDLJ, sholay etc. It was the music which made me feel joyful abt this movie. AR rehman is at his new height.. he is superb in all music but this is class apart again. 5th symphony in many organs with melodiuous tune. All songs were nice (except 'shanno' one).Of course singers like Shreya,Alka, Javed etc had given their best.. all songs do feel like same but they have best and different music. Go for this movie if you love music. Though story of movie was ordinary and I think only Anil kapoor acted in the film apart from others..Others were ordinary.

I still remember the scene in movie where Gandhi (Ben) sends a piece of cloth to one poor Indian lady on the other side of river, who did not had any cloth and was washing her clothes which she was wearing... It was a seen which told a lot about big scenario.. India was and is one of the poor countries.. And a man who studied in UK for barrister.. comes back to his homeland and visits the whole country and he decides to fight for that.. Though that fight was not small and it is still not won completely. Fight against poverty, untouchables and differences in religions.. These problems are not merely and only in India but these problems are worldwide.. Wish that God can come to this earth and make it totally peaceful with the help of more ppl like Gandhi. As its not that only one person can change the world but such ppl are very rare to exist in today's mankind.. which was rightly observed by Einstien.

This movie was more of abusive words rather a real neat story line.. I didn't enjoyed movie and movie was moving as per the expectation without any passion. The only thing good in film was its end and the justified killings (except for 2-3 innocent people). Saif was overacting in the film and others were as usual..konkana was only outstanding. It can no way be compared to any great love stories of Shakespeare's or else. Though movie was well directed. I could not give more than 6 to this movie.. as it was not upto expectation. Also songs like bidi and all are mean and senseless.. such songs will not drive Hindi movies to better places..

I saw the movie and really could not stop my tears. Its tragedy that India has no such leaders after freedom, who dare to do justice with their own children, when they don't behave properly.. In current generation, politicians bring their children's into politics without measuring their caliber and skills.. I remember the dialogue from Gandhi 'What kind of society we want to create/make with such people (about Harilal)?' No wonder that it will be a dream that India will hardly have such leader in this or next generation.. Einstein was right when he said about Gandhi that 'After 50 years one would hardly believe that such person with body, soul and mind (Mahatma Gandhi) had ever lived on this earth.' I sincerely want to THANKS a LOT to Anil kapoor, Feroze khan and all film actors/actresses for this wonderful movie about great person and relationship with his son. All father and son should watch this movie once and take some lessons for both roles.

I saw this movie lately and must say that this was the best Hindi movie of 2006. It was superb direction and storyline which was right on track from beginning. John, Arshad and others have good roles. The storyline is practical and realistic. Director must had guts to show such film as it involves many international political agendas.. but they were plotted briefly and nicely along with the human being shades. I enjoyed this movie though i watched it late after 2006. All real messages were conveyed from film through simple truck (jeep) journey. It had good light comedy as well. Over all it was really nice movie and I am happy i saw it at last.John was good in his role in second half of the film.

In blockbuster category.. this movie outclass the movies like OSO starring SRK and sawariya.. JWM was not hyped much like others and still movie is powerful with all entertainment.. Farahkhan and SLB should learn some lessons form such films.. they both are returning to their dumb creativity.. This movie is the first one which gives good impression about Shaid.. and even kareena as well.. First time kareena did some meaningful role! Movie has good message and movie reall holds the audience from start to beginning unlike OSO and sawariya. Though this film can not be compared to Manorama, Johny gaddar and bhul bhulaiyaa but in terms of love/romance this movie is far better than OSO/sawariya and others in 2007

This movie has reiterated what is written on the pack of cigars.. But still people smoke..to invite their problems and feel like they can get rid of worries by smoking.. Its weired ppl tend to smoke when the are burdened or just for being in different class.. Have seen ppl smoke so that they can spend time with those managers/bosses while smoking and get their favour.. Even if the price of Cigar and bidi goes high ppl don't think of quitting it.. but if prices of potato/onion goes higher ppl tend to avoid eating it.. It is worst thing to know such behavior of literate human being.. When the humans will use their brain ?? Such movies may help some humans then this movie is really good in real life..

I saw this movie after johny gaddar and before seeing i liked johny gaddar but Manorama exceeded my expectations.. it was superb suspense movie with very normal background and yet it showed powerful message in the film.. till half way of the film I lost patience and interest but then again it started and I am glad that I did not left the movie at half way.. nowadays movies have big stars and beautiful backgrounds and splendid film sets.. this movie proves that big sets and good makeups are really not needed nowadays..(But the mass don't understand this) Good film needs good direction, good script and finally good execution.. Manorama deserves 10 out of 10.. but still can not give that as perfection is dangerous for ambition..!!

This one good movie even it was remake of a mallayalam movie..it had comedy, thrill and psycho effects. It was well directed by priyadarshan who generally makes comedy movies more..this movie really gave good role to Akshay and vidya.. and both acted well. It really hold me to watch the move till end so i liked it more.. other than this Manorama - six feet under and Johny Gaddar were the other good thrill/suspense and entertaining movies in 2007. this movie was remake of mallayalam movie and have not seen original movie but will surely see it for entertainment purpose and not for comparing with this one as both r different language movies..with diff genre of actors.. South film industry is far better than Hindi movies comparing the variety and all other aspects..

Many such movies have come to Indian cinema and I found this movie very similar to old ones. I don't like the idea of foreigner being catalyst for the Indian youth to rebel against political system.. Though movie is directed very well but the story is not impressive.

Performances of actors and actress are good and songs are also good. Madhavan,Amir and others are impressive.. Madhavan is good specially. LRMB was better movie then this one in conveying improvement in country.

Use of radio/TV medium is now shown in many movies.. remember phir bhi dil hai hindustani, LRMB, etc.

It is worth watching once.
