Best OS Episode Ever?
18 May 2022
This is the pinnacle of Ben 10. All the previous episodes, references, and vague mentions have been building up to this. The program was running hot. Ben is at his highest peak yet. Vilgax is in his top form. This episode ticked all the boxes imaginable for a cartoon show, with it managing to encapsulate an actual feeling of an emotional rollercoaster without ever losing its steam for 20+ mins straight. The fight scenes were exquisite, the characterization was on-point, and everyone's doings had a logical motive behind them. Oh, and Vilgax looked like the baddest MF in the whole world. If someone asks you why you love Ben 10 so much, show them this. A Timeless Classic.

He's Sick!
11 May 2022
This was a fun episode, taking an even deeper dive into the lore of Ben's aliens, how they would function if they are sick and what effect that would have on their power. Clancy made for a fine one-off villain here (not counting Negative 10) with some unique abilities.

Grey Matter Time
2 May 2022
Warning: Spoilers
A fun little episode that nicely introduced The Forever Knights to the screen. I'm not really sure about Ben having to transform into an alien for an excessive period, but Grey Matter trying to escape the place was an entertaining, albeit short-lived, sequence. Plus, it gave us deeper lore about how the Omnitrix could malfunction at times. There's nothing particularly amazing about this, but you won't have a bad time watching it.

Not So Lucky
30 April 2022
Warning: Spoilers
This didn't really do much in terms of grabbing my interesting, but it was a solid enough testing ground to see if using Gwen as a superhero would actually work. We got a new villain in Hex, and he was treated like a big deal on his first appearance. It dragged in certain parts, but the overall story was fine. I have to ask though: Why destroy the Charms of Bezel after spending the entire episode hyping it up as a special object??

A very interesting episode here to give us the debut of Zombozo. It was strange in a peculiar way, but I did enjoy most of it. Ben having to overcome his fear gave us a rock-solid story to follow, even if the melodrama in the end felt a bit hokey. Zombozo always seems like someone that was going to a big deal upon his debut, but never really did in hindsight.

A Step Closer To Vilgax
18 April 2022
Warning: Spoilers
A nice little episode that served as a stepping stone to the much-bigger Vilgax plot. Rojo wasn't that compelling of a character, but I thought she looked good here. Having Max on the shelf for the rest of the episode allowed Ben & Gwen to work together, which provided us a pretty intriguing dynamic. Ben really shined in this episode with his characterization, and Gwen was a fine supporter for him.

The Debut Of 11
18 April 2022
Warning: Spoilers
I had forgotten how amazing this episode actually was. Obviously, you have the fantastically well-executed debut of Kevin Levin. But aside from that, you also got a huge enhancement of Ben's characterization, as well as the incredible (and first-ever) Ben vs. Kevin fight scenes. Huge importance to the overall franchise. An underrated pick for top 5 best OS episodes, in my opinion.

The Megawatts Are Here
14 April 2022
This was clearly a filler episode more than anything. However, with that said, I do think this is still very worthwhile for a filler. The Megawatts are fun to watch, and the animations and action scenes down the stretch were amazing to see.

Hunter Or Hunted?
7 April 2022
Excellent episode. Tetrax's debut was perfectly executed, from his mysterious intro to his reveal. Ben's characterization saw an improvement with him learning to use brain over brawn. Fantastic action and story all throughout as well. Highly recommended for viewing, and the best and most important episode so far aside from EP1.

Weakest Episode So Far
7 April 2022
Easily the weakest episode of Ben 10 to ever air so far (or even of all time, for that matter). But it was still a pretty good one, which goes to show you the high bar this show has set. I would say there's nothing to go out of your way to see here, but nothing was bad, and the whole thing flew by quick. Wish the Limax or Ben's aunt actually came back at least once, though.

Ripjaw Rules!
4 April 2022
Another great episode to continue the trend of the first season. The villains here didn't bring a lot to the table, but this was more about the Krakken anyway. I especially loved the XLR8 and Ripjaw fight scenes, amazing action right there. Ripjaw had an awesome showing in this one, it's a shame they never utilized him properly again.

Worthy Follow-Up
1 April 2022
Warning: Spoilers
A worthy follow-up to the first episode, with the debut of Dr. Animo being the main highlight. His introduction was handled extremely well, and he quickly made an impact on his first appearance. In other news, Ben also learned an important lesson about being a hero, which is a positive note.

What A Debut!
30 March 2022
What a fantastic start to the franchise. Every second felt like it meant something, and the whole episode pretty much flew by like a flash. Add to that the stellar animation and the effective intro to each character, and you got yourselves an all-time classic debut.
