There's not much to say here. It's probably the best episode we've had so far, with the intensity and action of this episode. Everything here is great and I love what they did with the source material. I think 8.8 is way too low for what this is, it should be at least a 9.5/1.

There's also a great almost even better follow up episode. The fighting and traumatic intensity of everything is great. The show clearly takes a break from its comedic presence and goes for a more, brutal, dramatic, and violent approach which I think works in its favor.

Overall, this episode is a fresh of breath air from what we usually get from Hanamichi and his game and is a solid 10/10.

Calling this a remaster is generous, it's basically just a rerelease. The graphics weren't improved, the gameplay wasn't improved, and there were no design changes either. In fact, I'd say the music is way worse than from the original because Atlus absolutely butchered the audio. The original SMT3 wasn't that great, it had some terrible gameplay flaws, and this doesn't change anything. The story is alright, but that's it. Don't play this.

The gameplay is super repetitive, the music sounds awful, and the graphics are outdated. I have no clue why SMT fans hype this game up so much.
