Eismayer (2022)
Beautiful
It's hard to find shows with gay male leads and storylines. So when I came across this film; my attitude was I settle for this . It didn't look like much. It's an indie film, looks low budget, but the characters and storyline kept me glued to the movie. In fact I'd watch it again. During the climax of the movie is where I could not stop smiling.
There's just something indescribably beautiful about the characters the actors and storyline .
Gay love is amazing and beautiful and so were these two. And it's based off of a true story of the two men who are actually still enlisted active duty to this day.
I hope there's more films for us gay men in the future .
The Nun (2018)
The scariest thing about this movie was the popcorn line
Like many others i was super excited about this movie. Extremely eager, especially with her connection to the conjuring but no no no. This movie was weak and i was disappointed for real. I heard they were thinking about a part two and i gave it a one star though it hasn't even started the works yet. So ill add that one star review to this one to make two stars. To me personally if i can watch a conjuring movie in a thunderstorm with all the lights off and then sleep like a baby, it wasn't truly a conjuring story to me.
I believe they should have kept it present day with the conjuring before trying to make it into a " take it back to the beginning " kind of story because this missed the mark. I hope if their is a conjuring part 4 that it is nothing like the last two films put out in the conjuring universe.
